VERY DISSAPOINTED

I’m extremely disappointed with DOGSUPREME customer service. I placed an order worth about €70 for several leashes. The day after receiving the package, I unpacked the items carefully (just removed the plastic wrap to check the length) but never used them. Unfortunately, my puppy passed away unexpectedly, so I no longer needed the products.

I returned everything promptly, with all original labels and packaging, but DOGSUPREME refused to accept the return. It’s really disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and flexibility from a company that sells pet products.

I would not recommend ordering from them — if anything goes wrong, don’t expect understanding or good customer service.
