They can be as hands on or hands off as you require and are perfectly happy to do the job if you ask them to, if you aren't comfortable doing something yourself, but at the same time aren't even remotely precious about it, and will happily provide advice and guidance if that's your preferred method.

I can't commend them enough! They have never once disappointed with their response times, their efforts or professionalism. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and their support costs, also tailored to your requirements, are absolutely reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I called the Dogsbody helpdesk just over a week ago, looking to upload my html site to their web-servers. Dan, a very helpful fellow, answered my call and gave me all the information necessary and helped me for a number of days while I attempted to upload my files.
