Good customer service but slow delivery

I have made an order at end of september and after 2 weeks I didnt receive any update on it, but after contacting them through email they offered me the refund.
On the next working day I asked again about the refund but they got my product back in stock and offered again either refund or 10% discount so I took the discount and received the product after 2 days.

The customer service through email was good and resolved my issue, of course something wrong happened as I didnt receive my order in the first 2 weeks but I’m happy that I got my product at the end :)
