I ordered an item from the website on…

I ordered an item from the website on 25th September and received a confirmation email saying that I will be updated when the order has been dispatched. It's been nearly three weeks now and I haven't received any updates. When I go on to website to check, it just says that the order has been received. I tried to get in touch with the company twice- a few days ago and a couple of weeks ago via email and on Instagram and there has been no reply yet. I have already paid for my order and I'm not sure whether anyone would ever reply so that I can at least get my money back. The company needs to improve its communication and the overall quality of service. So far my impression is that I wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect experiences, great quality, fast shipping

Have ordered here multiple times now: awesome and easy to use website, fast shipping, and always perfect. Great quality products, great customer service if you have any questions. Would recommend Dogmania to any dog owner/lover! I'm a very happy customer and will definetely order from them again in the future!

Great products and service

Dogmania offers a wide range of quality products. Communication is quick and pleasant. Shipping costs are affordable and returns - if needed - hassle-free. I bought Canelana coats for my three dogs and used the size-chart Canelana provides. Unfortunately the coat I bought for my smallest dog only fitted the biggest one. I contacted Dogmania about the fact sizes run unusually big and they confirmed they were working on better information on this subject. Great service!

I ordered Raw For Paw's freeze dried…

I ordered Raw For Paw's freeze dried raw moose, boar, reindeer and deer recipes, and the package was delivered quickly, it was packed with great care and I overall loved my shopping experience ! Will definitely order again.
