Scammers, my mum bought a coat back in early December, she got a confirmation order email, but that's it. Tried contacting them and no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scammers take your money promise exchange then ignore you . Size medium dog jackets for a 7 pound little Chihauhau and can’t even get it zipped up it’s so small made . All emails ignored and I am £40 out of pocket . They should be wearing balaclavas don’t waste your money or time

The sizing of the jacket was WAY off. Much too small. Took a very long time to receive. I can't use the jacket unfortunately so will give it away.

I placed an order for a dog coat on 12/11. My credit card was charged on 1211. I never received any order verification, I never received any merchandise, therefore I have no order number to refer back to the company to. I have emailed them four times. Directly to their website or via the link that's on the website. No response at all. I work in customer service, and if we did this my boss would have my you know what in a sling. They are obviously a no good, not reputable company. PLEASE PLEASE do not order anything from this company!! If I could rate them a negative number I would. I will be reporting this to my credit card company to dispute the charge. The product looked so good, but this company, what a freaking mess. They are horrible, never order from Dogiie.com!!

I ordered two of these coats for my dogs Christmas presents. They have not arrived and the company is not responding to my requests for delivery information or a refund. I.ordered on 5th December 2023 they have still not arrived. Poor service.

I would have given no stars if possible. This company is a scam. Bought a dog coat/harness that didn’t fit despite ordering to the size guide on their website. They will not respond to emails and will not accept returns or replacements due (as they say), to ordering incorrect size. Complete waste of money. The company is advertising heavily on Facebook (which is where I found them). Avoid.

They take your money, yell you it has been shipped then tell you we have delivered but you were not home and therefore we have shipped it back DON’T BUY Here scammers

Re: need shipping label and instructions. Item too small. Want a full refund asap!!!! This is my 10th email!!!! There's no phone number to call. I've been totally ignored. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. This company is a scam.

Great advertising, products don't work and are overpriced. Not even worth it to fight. Enjoy the profit. I have already warned other pet lovers about you. Do yourself a favor and go out of business. After declaring bankruptcy, as you reemerge with another name, I will know you.

I wouldn’t even rate it 1 but had no choice. Do not buy from this company !!!!! complete scammers. They say they provide a 24 hour service and give a number but is never answered . A voicemail comes on in 3 different languages which says their phone is temporarily switched off. Despite sending me a tracking number there is no update . I have been totally scammed and these people should not be advertising especially as it shows a secure site

Awful company! Non existent customer service. Terrible quality product. Harness aspect rips off jacket and consequences could have been fatal. AVOID!!!!!

Should have read the reviews before I purchased from these people. They have not only taken my $30.00 for a product not received they have scammed many others also. I would not recommend to anyone ever again. Buyer beware. I am still trying to get a refund and they have ignored my requests. SCAMMERS BIG TIME. I am posting every where on social media about this company.

We have not received the dog coat and have been sent different track=king number we then received an email telling us that the label has been damaged and they can’t deliver there was a link to put in our address but they asked for $2 for this to put right no was was we putting in our bank details, for the site was an online game. Complete scam

Dog jacket ripped after being worn just 4 times. Sent emails and messages and all completely ignored. The stitching has come away right near the harness straps so could have been dangerous if we hadn't noticed before we went for our walk 😡

Good quality jacket. Bought 2. Arrived on time HOWEVER very disappointed because the zipper was faulty on one of them and would not open.On looking closely the teeth of the zipper were not interlocked properly and the zipper would not open. Where was your quality assurance??. This should have been checked before shipping. Bought and paid for 17th October through PayPal €55.90. Shipped to Ireland

Horrible experience so far. Ordered one coat and was sent two. Way too large also because I measured the chest as suggested but it was very off. Coat is unusable. Wrote an email and hope i get a satisfactory response.

I purchased a dog jacket with attached harness in September 2021. My female Staffordshire Bull Terrier had only worn it 3 times when the entire harness came away from the jacket.
The outcome had the potential to be fatal. I was very lucky that I was in a secure area when it happened.
I sent a complaint in to the company who gave ignored it. I put feedback on their Facebook page which they have ignored.
Reprehensible people who care nothing of the welfare of customers precious pets.

Ordered this product and I am very pleased with it, keeps my dog warm and dry, except for the legs, of course. The harness on top is icing on the cake. Runs true to the size chart! just order by measuring your dog
