Whilst on holiday we used their dog wash at the Clifton shop after one of my Cocker Spaniels got blathered in thick clayey sand
from Weston Super Mare beach to which we both got stuck in it but that’s another story 😊

Rang and spoke to a lovely young lady called Anna who said that she would have it all ready for us when we arrived.

Anna explained how to use everything and soon enough my dog returned to her normal white colour from the muddy mess that she went in.

Just wanted to acknowledge the lovely lady Anna for her professionalism, kindness and friendliness towards us.

Anna is a credit to your Company.

Ordered a birthday cake for my dog. Cake came on time, beautifully decorated. Slight issue but emailed them and it was resolved quickly, the company apologised and sent a gift voucher. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Ordered a personalised cupcake for my boxer’s 13th birthday. I also ordered mini ones for the other pups in the family.

Great service, they updated me with delivery, they arrived in good timing, I froze them as directed and defrosted without any trouble.

My boxer loved her cake! My other dog loved the mini ones too. My mum’s fussy dog enjoyed her one.

It’s my Frenchies celebration day in June and I will certainly be ordering more.

Ordered a customised cake for my fur baby's 2nd birthday.
Made with colours that I requested. Arrived safely.
This is not a huge sized cake, but just enough for 1 doggy to enjoy over a couple of days.
Was kept informed of Bake & sent day, although I did reply that wasn't required for a week. It did still keep in the fridge. Lovely hand written note.
The birthday girl absolutely loved it, already munched on the biscuits before photos. Pawed her plate for more.
Only negative was the next day delivery only option DHL £8.95, that rapidly increased the price. Then to have it sent by 24hr Royal Mail approx £4.29

Disappointed with the products I bought. "Tuffy rabbit" is advertised as one of their strongest toys, although I appreciate they are not "chew toys" - I was expecting it to last a little longer than FIVE MINUTES with my chewer labrador.

At first glance the item is really well stitched but even him playing with it, it unthreaded with ease. Five minutes later he was into the stuffing because the felt material tears so easily, overall I'm really disappointed with the quality.

Really super impressed with our visit to their Clifton shop today - staff were so knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and professional, we’ll definitely be back many more times! We had a harness fit check and got advise on purchases along with a lovely drink, what a relaxing way to get out of the cold with our dog for a bit after our walk today and our dog enjoyed his visit too 😊😁

Good product range for Dachsunds as most retail outlets dont cater to the size/length. My experience of service and delivery was superb, without a doubt will use again, products also top quality

Product not delivered. Requested refund and it never came.
Requested it again a month later (Oct 20230) and it stall hadn't arrived by 22/11/23 despite promises.
You shouldn't have to fight for a simple refund as a result of a botched delivery.
Won't be using them again!
