Doggovinci was amazing to work with! I was able to speak with Joy by email several times about my picture and any changes I wanted! She was so sweet and helpful! My picture came out absolutely perfect!

I ordered 4 total portraits from Doggovinci (1 made of each of my sisters dogs). The whole process was easy from start to finish. I chose the style I wanted for each dog and submitted a picture. I received an email not much more than a day later to approve the proofs before printing. They were even great about me uploading a different picture for one afterwards because I didn't realize how blurry my first choice was. Once that came back and I approved the proofs, they were sent right to production. They shipped on a Wednesday and I had them by Friday, just in time for Mother's Day. I wish I had taped my sisters' reactions because they were priceless. They LOVED their personalized pictures. I will order from Doggovinci again, no questions asked. These gifts are perfect for any animal lover and the customer service and contact from the company are heads and shoulders above any other company I've ever ordered from.

I've ordered 3 canvas prints from Doggovinci in the last couple months and every one has come out perfect. They emailed me at every step of the way and sent a sample photo within a couple days of ordering to make sure everything looked good before shipping. Every order was delivered within a couple weeks of ordering. Great idea for a gift. Definitely ordering again
