Took nearly a month

Took nearly a month, but received the doggie jacket today. So happy I read the reviews to go larger when ordering, otherwise would be sending back. My dog is fairly small, weighs 19 lbs, and rather than ordering a med. ordered a large after reading another review with a 19 lb dog had ordered the med, and had to send back. Ordered the large and it fit, smugly, but was ok. You should advise customers to order two sizes up.

MEA CULPA

MEA CULPA. I wrote a one star review relative to the poor communication of Customer Service. After some investigation, I found my 4 unanswered e-mails were the result of my mistake using .com in their email address rather than .net. I will give them a 5 star review if I get my account credited with the amount for a duplicate dog coat that I ordered. Sorry!

My 1st order and Steven

On my 1st order, I (THOUGHT) my order was late. With things going the way they go this year, I waited an extra 5 days to give them some 'breathing' room. I called them 5 days after I was supposed to have received my order. The person I talked to was Steven. He verified my address. He checked the tracking system which said it had been delivered to my mailbox. He never even SOUNDED like he didn't believe me nor did he hesitate to make an inquiry about my order. I am in a wheel chair. My daughter has the only mailbox key, and she gathers the mail. I didn't get my order on time BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T CHECK THE MAIL BOX. It was there all the time. It Was NOT LATE AT ALL. I sent another chat request at Doggiekingdom and Steven answered it. He remembered me and 'sounded' as relieved as I was when I told him I had - had the order all along. He was wonderful, great, & understanding. When he asked how Hazel liked it, he used her name. The whole experience made me think very highly of this company and this employee. Especially since the problem was with us, and not them. I will be ordering the matching leash, seat belt and color for Hazel, and if this works well with her, I will be ordering a matching set (in different colors) for Chester (my hound) and Homie (my 6 month blue pit puppy.) Of course, after he's finished growing.
