Purchased the Dogfit t shirt..I must admit sizing is a little interesting. They do seem to come up quite short... Sadly, not what I'm used to. Reading the other reviews on here (and the price), it'll be easier to just pass this on to someone smaller. The quality of the t shirt seems to be decent but, due to the sizing issues, I really can't comment. Lesson learnt - probably size up....... But I'd still worry about the length...

Best not to buy from here if you think you may need to return. Not only am I still waiting for the money, their email indicates that they are not refunding the £4.95 I paid for original postage. As others have pointed out here, according to Consumer Contracts Regulations, they have to refund it.

Gail and the team at DogFit are brilliant! I’m completely new to the sport and didn’t know where to start, but Gail immediately put me in touch with someone local to my area. After my taster session, I was absolutely hooked and couldn’t wait to get all the right kit ready for the weekend so I could start practising.
The team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed — they even turned around my harness order straight away so I could have it in time for the weekend. Their customer service and support throughout the whole process have been incredible.
I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait to take part in more sessions and events with the DogFit team. Highly recommend! 🐾

i love my harness and belt, i suffer with back issues and the set up really seems to keep my hips level. Jess my cocker, also likes her harness. All really good quality and fits well, just need to do a bit more running! overall would recommend

I have bought three harnesses from Dogfit. They're absolutely brilliant for canicross or dog walking. One harness has lasted 10 years used by my old dog and now used by the younger dog.

Having been a canicrosser for a number of years now, DogFit are our go to for advice and products.

Great advice on right equipment for me & my dog. I went for DogFit own brand of canicross equipment; parcel delivered on time. Very comfortable kit to wear.

Had to return an order but DogFit didn't give me a full refund; they have kept the original £5 delivery cost which is against the law (specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 34.2).

I sent a couple of very polite emails asking for the full refund but now have to go through PayPal.

As a small business owner myself I really do understand that returns and refunds are painful. However I also firmly believe companies must treat customers fairly and that means obeying the law.

When my customers return stuff I refund them in full and take the loss on postage like other fair businesses do.

As a consumer it really bothers me when companies try to skirt the law to save a few pounds. These same companies then usually complain bitterly when giants like Amazon - who make returns so easy - take so much of their business!

I ordered a DogFit® Canicross Starter Kit in green for my cavalier King Charles spaniel. I used the sizing chart (I didn’t measure my dog) and it fit him perfectly.

The kit is aesthetically pleasing, its light and of high quality and good value for money.

I filled in the consultation form to get advice on canicross kit & received helpful advice within an hour. I ordered a starter kit & it arrived in 48 hours. The kit is very good quality & exactly right for my needs. After trying out my kit, I had a question about the fit. I emailed & again received an answer quickly. I would highly recommend this company
