Had these guys in to replace our boiler. Really polite, quiet, put everything back the way it was after they had finished and left the place spotless.

Great service.

We had booked this company to service our gas boiler. The engineer discovered a gas leak plus other issues. We decided upon a new boiler. This was undertaken really quickly so we were not inconvenienced too much. The dealings with this company was really good. I can highly recommend them.

Totally dissapointed with this firm. Their engineer suggested to my wife we required a filter system to attain clean water circulating around the radiators, as 'he said' one was not fitted? After he'd left leaving no paper work I arrived home and researched what a water filter contraption was. WELL, there it was 8" tall x 5" wide, a big black filter to the right of our boiler. I sent 2 photos of the contraption by 'WHATsApp to be informed by 'DONNA' it looks like a filter, she checked and HEY HO it is the filter their so called engineer DID NOT SEE! Talk about a Circus. I then had their MD Darren Dodsworth on the phone waffling about anything and everything, almost like a politician BUT never answering the question. They had sent me a bill BUT no detailed work sheet of just what was wrong. HERE YOU GO, they suggested the boiler now also requires a 'Pressure Sensor' and the Auto Air Vent requires replacing?!>? The boiler is 4 years old and hardly ever used. I will now be getting a seperate Gas Engineer in to re-inspect the system as I distrust the comments on 'Trust Pilot' too, they all look to be written in a disimilar vein.

I have been relying on Dodsworth gas services for about 5 years now. They are reliable, trustworthy and do a great job. You always get a written quote up front and they have never let me down. A fantastic team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering system was simple, the price was very competitive and I had a number of installation dates to choose from. The engineer, Darren was punctual and extremely friendly and got cracking straight away. He worked professionally and clearly took a pride in his work ensuring a neat and tidy installation. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Highly recommended.
