I now understand why Dodo’s went extinct -overwork.
The diary contains the usual array of awfully good puns, historical facts (fake news, fake news), dates etc all in one neat publication delivered before I had time to gloat about being well organised for the next academic year.

I like the Cookbook itself. BUT I am very annoyed by the lack of an easy cancellation system. I inadvertentlyordered a second Cookbook asI thought the first order had not gone through. When I received the second order confirmation I IMMEDIATELY triedto cancel, but there was no obvious facility to do this. So I sent an email asking for an immediate cancelllation and refund. This did not work so two CookBooks were sent. A few days later a Customer Service person phoned me to apologise and agreed I could return the unwanted book. I did this on 30 March, but still have not received the refund (10 April). I think this is poor Service.

Dodo diary is the best diary I have purchased
I was lost without it after so many years of using it.

I have not received my order and had no response from customer service. I would not recommend this company at all. I am talking to my bank about pulling the funds back.

5 stars just isn't enough for the Dodo Pad! My life would not be the same (or as organised) without it. I have tried other diaries (usually because they are given to me as gifts and I'd feel guilty not to) and I always end up buying a Dodo Pad anyway. Because they quite simply brilliant. It's the combination of the different columns for all the different types of appointments/dates/work commitments etc you have, and that weekly blank page - for all the lists, notes, numbers, whatever that you need to jot down throughout the week. Plus it's also filled with hilarious jokes. It has everything!

The best. Great and useful to have the blank pages to scribble notes on.

Quick delivery and great product - originally bought for me as a present many years ago: I now have to buy them every year as the best planning calendar around! Tried to look for an alternative for a change but couldn’t find anything as good!

Couldn’t provide at Christmas when diary needed so poor especially for when goods actually needed ☹️😱

Delivery. I use the sos pad for my work every year and couldn’t survive without it.

Incredible customer service.
I placed an order for a filofax (A5) refill and a cover I thought would work (because I had misunderstood).
Within hours of placing the order, the company phoned me (not a email, not a vague message I'd never receive) but actually phoned me to ask if I was sure if I'd ordered the right thing (which I hadn't). They helped me cancel my order and get the correct thing instead. How wonderful! I wish more companies were like this.
