Never received the CD nor a refund.
Ordered a CD on May 31, with a delivery time of about 2 weeks. Received a message 3 weeks later that the CD had been shipped. It never arrived so I wrote to Customer Service and received an automated response and nothing more. It seems now that the page has been discontinued.

Ordered a book. Order got canceled and never got money back.

Big Scammers. They are fraud. You order pay and they don’t deliver and do not refund the money either. Pls avoid using the website dodax.nl for buying anything. No response from them. Horrible to be cheated. June 9,2022

Nevet received what I ordered and there is no reply from the customer neither. Totally fake and don't buy from this website.

The worst customer experience. Purchased a book. It was not delivered and there is no refund.

I have bought items for the last 2 years at Dodax, and never had a problem and always received my goods! But since a few weeks the site is offline..? That's strange.. How come? I think I have ordered over 200 items the last months and always received my items in a nice way. What happened to the site?

They do not deliver, scam

They do not exist! Lost money on Vinyl, sent several emails, cust. service does not pick up (line disconnects). Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a vinyl from Dodax and never received it. I also have yet to receive my money back not a response to my emails. I have to conclude that they’re just out to defraud consumers as that’s certainly been my experience. If I fail to receive either a refund or the item in the next week or so, I’ll make contact with the relevant authorities, as the owners of the site should be held to account. Avoid this site at all costs. You’re throwing your money away.

I ordered a vinyl and it never came. I sent en email saying I'd like to cancel this order (expecting to get my money back of course). They cancelled my order on July 18th... it's now August 12th and I still haven't received anything. I've filled in a contact form requesting my money back about 2 weeks ago, and never heard anything back.

My advice? Avoid this site at all costs

June 23 2022 I received a message from Dodax that my order was shipped.
Today, August 12 2022, I still haven't received my order. Both Dodax websites can't be reached.

Ordered in April after 6 week’s I was told it was not available and my money would be returned. 5 months later still no refund. I have sent lots of emails and always the standard bs reply. Do not order from this company,it is a fraud.

I placed an order on the 9th of July with a value of 39,63. Because I still didn't receive the order I logged on to the website today to check the status, and discovered that my order was already canceled on the 15th of July. They didn't send me a notification about it nor did they refund the money. It looks like a company on the edge of bankruptcy

I have used Dodax for years without any problem, but I ordered a bunch of cd's and vinyl for 83 euros and all of a sudden my order was cancelled without getting a notification! Customersupport also doesn't respond to my emails and phonecalls get hung up on after a few seconds. It seems Dodax has been bankrup since May, but you can still order on their website. Probably not gonna get my money back...

Ordered a 60€ vinyl, did not receive it without any notice whatsoever, and several months and emails later, I am still awaiting a refund. Do not order here!

I never received my order. Customer service answered me (twice) with an automated reply that was not useful.

You can view the status of your order at any time in your Dodax MyAccount Section under "My orders".

If your order has the status "shipped", you should usually receive it within a few days.

If your order or parts of it are marked as "cancelled", your order could unfortunately not be executed. Regarding the payment modalities for canceled orders/order items:

- Payments via Paypal or credit card or any other will be refunded via your chosen payment method. The repayments are sent to our payment service provider, who then forwards them to the respective payment provider. You should therefore get the amount back within a few days, this varies from payment method to payment method, in the same way that you used to pay. If you do not receive the payment back within a few days, please contact us again. Alternatively, you can of course always request a chargeback with your credit card company, Paypal or the payment method provider you used. We always used to provide payment methods that are secure and where you as a buyer are fully protected and can chargeback.

edit: i just see that they are bankrupt

This is bad, really bad!

Ordered on the 12th of June, after that it became silence. There is no way to contact support, other than sending an email, which i did. No response of course.

There is also no way to cancel the order from your side. You will have to contact them, which is hard, i failed in that.

After more than a month I get an email back, stating that they could not fulfill my order, and that i will get my money back.

All in all bad experience, not recommended!

by the way, i could order again the same item that they just cancelled, i thought that was kind of funny

Placed an order over a month ago, received a shipping confirmation on the 14th of June. Haven't heard from them since, despite several attempts to contact them.
