Please be aware

Please be aware , they will ask for a meeting via Zoom in order to cancel your subscription, they are basically making it very hard to cancel and you will have to justify!

Good platform for knowledge base

The best thing is that Document360 is designed to deliver a great authoring experience for writers and authors. With the smart editor, version control, easy-to-configure capabilities, and unlimited categories, the platform makes it easy to create a highly structured, multi-product knowledge base. You can use all the features for free for a period of time to see if the software matches our needs.

Highly recommended software to create self service support

Document360 is a highly recommended software for users depending on what you expect out of it. It is quite easy to implement and simple to use. We get smart and suggested searches like google for quick assistance that helps us to get the most relevant help articles. This is especially useful for internal documents.
Document360 makes for a great choice and brings real value for money to have our knowledge base up and running for internal use.

The best knowledge base software!

One of the best knowledge base software out there. We have been using it for our SaaS product to help customers with recurring questions. It not helps us reduce ticket volumes, but also help us in providing 24*7 help to our customers.

Mediocre tool...

The tool has some nice features but is so buggy it hurts. at face value you can do a lot but if you dig deeper, not much is actually possible. It's a so-so-ish tool for a small blog but not a help center.

Ideal Tool for Automate Support

Easily made documentation. People tend to shy away from making documentation because it's "too hard" or "takes too much time". Document360 helps make things easy for people with no html experience, or all the HTML experience make beautiful documentation easily.
