I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered 2 times from them. They were always replying . This time I made order 30 March, they responded 31 March. After that I was following in tracking number - today is 13 April , they are opening WhatsApp and never replying me back

I don’t usually post negative reviews, as I understand that everyone can have a bad day. However, since my emails have been ignored, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience.

For years, I have ordered from Thai Doctor without any issues regarding delivery to Croatia. Recently, my order—valued at $200—was suddenly marked as “allegedly rejected” by Croatian customs, leaving me feeling completely rejected by the process. Now, I am being told that I should be held responsible for the shipment costs. It’s ridiculous to think there are new laws for a $200 Tiger Balm order! If there were, I would have expected to be contacted by Croatian customs to pay duties or show a “license” as Thai Doctor implies for importing “cosmetics.”

To add to my frustration, no one is responding to my emails. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company because this situation feels completely unfair.

I ordered Nov 13, 2024 for over $110 and my order never came. I contacted Dr.Thailand via e-mail about the order, but they never replied. No order, no reply, no refund.

I'm Joyce Dan from Cameroon on 14 January 2025 i place and order with a paiement, up to today 15 Febuary 2025 my agent have not receive m'y parcel, i have sent several message to thé team sell no reply from them, the team on WhatsApp Ask me to wait the will check up to now.... I remember notice that i needed the parcel urgently but up to now i have not trace...i'm so so desapointed, please i need m'y parcel urgently.

They are not professional.
It pisses me off that after 25 friggin days I still doesn’t have my parcel came and on tracking site it’s just saying that it’s being transported somewhere.
Postalcare also contacted me because there appears to be problems with my order and they need a paper receipt which of course I don’t have and Dr. Thailand support is not replying to my request to giving me that file.

I strongly suggest you to NOT order on their website ever again.

I’m writing all this hoping that I’ll be considered by the people who work there and maybe manage to make the parcel come my home, but I think I’ve just lost 30$ on them.

Good product but take 11 days from order to expedition is really too much time so when you order you can expect to wait one month to receive ! Sabai Sabai …

I did not receive the shipment tracking number and no one responds to my messages on your WhatsApp. I sent a message at first as a new customer and you responded to me. As soon as I wrote to you after I saw you, you responded. I sent you that I want to know where my shipment is. You did not respond to any messages after that.where is my order

I ordered 3 pieces of white Frozen soap but unfortunately after waiting 20 days, my order arrived different from what I ordered, the outer packaging of the box is the same as my order but when I opened the box I was surprised that the soap is different and not the same, it is a trick and fraud

Thank you for you kind message here. I was hoping to find such a gentle answer in Whatsapp. The last sentences in your last Whatsapp message was not experienced very genty by me:

" We went to meet you halfway and agreed on a free re-shipment. And you wrote a "sh@t-review" on the site and bother us for $10. We think you are ungrateful customer, isn't it!"

Package not received. Against the Thai law they did not want to resend the package at their own expenses. What a scam. Stop being a webshop if you don't want to take responsiblity. The responsibility does not stop with handing over the package to a carrier.

They pass off responsibility by mentioning that they warn about differnent custom rules in other countries. Where this has nothing to do with customs. It has to do with their own choice of shipping to foreign countries. If you want to do that, then take the responsibility for lost packages as written in your own Thai law. As well as the EU law. If you offer service to citizens in the EU, you have to comply with EU-law as well.

Clearly not their cup of tea. Never DoctorThailand for me again.

It's not the service. Lolaine hair treatment. I bought jojoba and macadamia for dry hair. It's useless. Not working at all. I paid quiet a bit for 4 packs. Never buy them improve silkyness smoothness or reduce dryness deepani lokuratna Australia.

Made a mistake of writing wrong Name and description of products.

Now my shipment is lost and he refuses some compensation.

Called me "crazy customer" Instead of Helping with the issue.

A Lot of trouble and wasted money.
Never again.

So far so good - waiting for goods to arrive but very good communication from them advising arrival date, confirmed order, discount for next purchase etc
