Doctor note is clearly a fake
Doctor note is clearly a fake. They don't have real MDs based in the USA who review or write the notes. This is just a note bot company that spits out a note for anyone/everyone, so be warned. My employer figured out immediately and I've been fired. I hope this review helps others avoid the mistake I made.
