I've had a mixed experience with Docthub. While their platform seems nice and fair, their customer service has been disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach them via phone, I've never received a callback. However, their chat support has been responsive. One major concern is the quality of candidates they provide for job postings - often, some of them are unfiltered and unsuitable, making it challenging to fill positions. Some job posts receive zero applications for up to 1.5 months, making it difficult to fill positions timely. Perhaps improving their phone support and candidate screening process would enhance their overall service.
