No problem with placing my order and paying! Tracking information never became available despite being informed that it would become available in 3-5 days after despatch. Never received my order and have not been able to trace it. They never replied to any of my emails or responded to any of my enquiries submitted through the online contact form. My only hope is that my order has been returned to them and I receive a refund but I am not optimistic.

I ordered a Asus Zenpad Z10 ZT500KL Complete Replacement. A month ago. They took my money and I can't get customer service to reply to any of my emails. I'm calling my credit card company to have the charge refunded.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

In short:
Very long wait. Got defective piece in the end. No answer from client support. Money lost.

The whole story:
Ordered a replacement digitizer for Acer Liquid E2 (V370). Piece was 'in stock'. Turned out not to be in stock, but I had to discover this for myself: The track and trace code for Swiss Post didn't work for weeks. No answer from docteurgsm in the meantime. After 3 or 4 weeks, suddenly the code worked: the piece was still in Hong Kong... a few weeks later, I got the piece. It was defective. Touch screen itself works, but not the buttons below. Re-installed the old screen, which is cracked but still works fine, and presto: the buttons work. So I'm 100% positive that the piece sent by Docteur gsm is defective. I noticed that the brand name (Acer) was scribbled over in black marker, on the protective plastic that sticks on the digitizer. My guess is it comes from a defective stock, and someone already knew that.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON docteur gsm.

I posted a complaint on the docteur gsm web form, and got an error message in return from the so-called sales department ("vente") email address:
"No Such User Here"

I ordered another piece at Brapa, this time without any problems.

DON´t SHOP EVER AT DOCTEUR GSM!!! I order, I pay, I don´t recive anything EVER.. Mails are not replied... MONEY LOST..!

I have problem with my order no.294077786 - i ordered from Docteur-GSM GUENINE HUAWEI ASCEND W1 WHITE TOUCH SCREEN DIGITIZER - price was 29,99 EUR, but i received - SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR HUAWEI ASCEND W1 - price on their homepage is 2,99 EUR. I asked them to send me right product, but they don`t answer to any messages and i`m not agree to pay for screen protector film 10 times higher price. At a moment it seems that it is FRAUD and i have lost my money.

I received today the wrong item. Not even sure this thing is original as they say.
Every contact form in the site results in delivery failure as unexisting address.
I doubt I will ever be answered, and I know now I'll never see my money back.

One star as this is the lowest I could give. Ordered, paid, received the wrong product. My communications for return and refund are not answered. These guys are not to be trusted! Beware not to buy anything here!!

Seeing that my ordered product was not arriving, I sent 2 messages to their Customer Service. I never received an answer. Also the ordered product never arrived. 6 months later they sent me an email announcing that they paid me back. Till now (after many month) I did not see any crediting to my account.

Visto che il prodotto ordinato non arrivava, ho mandato 2 messaggi al loro servizio vendita. Non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e nemmeno il prodotto ordinato è arrivato. Dopo 6 mesi mi hanno mandato una email annunciando che mi avevano rimborsato: non ho ancora visto nessun accredito sulla mia carta di credito (e sono passati mesi).
