We have been clients for 10 years!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EXISTING!!!

We have been clients for 10 years!!! since one week our business is stuck, nothing is working, we cannot upload documents, create links and the links created are not working outside of our organization. Support is not responding to our emails...The only person respondins is their sales team which cannot help us... I am not sure what is happening with them, but I am forced to cancel the account and find an alternative.

$200+ for a google drive with analytics...

I am currently raising funds for my startups and the most famous option for deck sharing and data-room is DocSend. Well, it's superrrrr expensive for what it is.

I mean, $200+ for a Google Drive with analytics. Idk why DocSend (and DropBox) still practice those crazy pricing. Maybe because they want 99% margin. I switched to suprdeck.com which is 10 times cheaper and has an investor pipeline integrated.

WORST VDR service, feedback from Current client

Current client. But worst customer experience ever. No joke. Poor feature list. One month to generate correct invoice, days to respond on questions. Highly NOT recommended. Do not waste your time, not even money.

Very Disappointing Customer Service

Very Disappointing Customer Service

Our experience with the DocSend customer service has been more that unsatisfactory. We tried to book a Demo, which is a proudly presented feature on their website. After doing so twice, we didn't receive any kind of feedback to either request, not even a confirmation Email. We chatted with a customer who wasn't even aware of our issue (seems they completely forgot us). His explanation for why we didn't receive a reply is that this feature is new and in high demand, wherefore we were ignored. Upon my asking if arranging a demo even if it is at a later date would be possible he said that it wasn't and repeated that the reason was the high demand. After this he began pushing support pages onto me as an alternative. Shortly after he removed himself from the conversation leaving me without a sufficient answer beyond "no further action possible due to high demand". Putting me on a waiting list apparently wasn't an option either.

In summary, the impression the customer support gave me is that they are not willing to help me out with issues beyond giving me superficial explanations. This is exceptionally regrettable due to the otherwise positive experience we've had so far using DocSend.
