I was a medical tourist trying to get an urgent service from them, I was trying to connect and reconnect for whatever reason, it failed. I was trying to send them email to explain to them the truth. But they don’t reconsider. To think I am in the medical/law field. Non refundable for no services done. I won’t recommend. Thieves. Bravo!

This was my first time using doc on callq because my Gp is full.. Great service, quick and easy to use. And they do call you back on the time of your choice. This service is one I will be using again. Great for simple medical issues and they gave me sick certificate which I needed.

Waste of time
The call with the provider did not feel professional. The provider did not ask me very many questions. They didnt ask my child any questions. The provider was in a Tshirt and did not present themselves professionally. There was also a language barrier. He wanted me to send pictures but was not clear on how that needed to be done. I did not feel like the provider genuinely cared about my concerns for my child's illness. This process felt like a scam to get money. I will never use it again.

The online booking system was very easy…
The online booking system was very easy to navigate, allowing me to secure a telephone appointment with a GP within 15 minutes. The GP issued a prescription straight away, which was sent to my preferred pharmacy, and the medication was ready for collection within a further 15 minutes. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The service was highly efficient and greatly appreciated.
