Fraud?

They charged my account, then cancelled my appointment. When I called both billing and scheduling departments, I was hung up on or returned to main menu (5x). The email sent from DocMJ is at inbox capacity, so replies are automatically kicked.

The returning clients phone selection is AI and will hang up on you, if prompted for representative, billing, or scheduling.

Seems like a pretty fraudulent company(allegedly, by all the aforementioned) … but I guess that’s what you would expect within that industry?

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Medical facility? Not exactly…

When I initially obtained my medical card, this place was great, quick In and Out appointments, and no issues with getting capacity limits adjusted if needed. Recently have been over my limit for almost a week and have not been able to obtain medicine, so I sent an email requesting it to be increased. For some reason, this time of the request was forwarded from my Doctor to the “manager” Traci who responded with a snarky condescending negative email and stated that she has up to 10 business days to review my medical request - basically insinuating that she is going to take her time in attending to my medical matter. She doesn’t seem to understand that she works at a medical facility, and apparently treats a place like she’s a bar manager. I won’t be ever going back here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere as well if you want to be treated like an actual patient.
