I wish there was a zero. The clothes are complete junk. Nothing like the picture. I ordered a plaid short dress it’s a long pink moo moo looking thing. The shirt is wrong color a complete junk material an it took a month to get this garbage.

This business is a total scam! Buyer beware. They offer free shipping, then when the order finally arrives (took more than 6 weeks) they attempt to collect $16 for shipping. I refused the package and was told that if I still wanted it they would redeliver it for yet another additional fee!! I asked for a full refund and it was denied! I’m out $86…..save your money and your aggravation.

Dress size is inaccurate, Bought a size 8 and its more like a 12. Can not wear the dress!! When payment was processed the shipping was double charged. They will not refund the charge.
They are only wanting to give me an $8 credit for the dress. That cost $58. I want to return the item for a refund and they are refusing my return! AVOID buying from Doclothes. I hope to have them removed from facebook!

The site keeps removing my 1 star review and comments.
FAKE denim and HORRIBLE customer service. Their refund policy is laughable, my total with tax of $18.90 (which my state does not even have a sales tax) was $58.51.....they offered me $4 for a refund.

I ordered some dresses from this company.and the order was completely wrong. I contacted the company.and sent pictures of what I ordered and what I got. I spent $104 and they want to refund me $11. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered denim dress 9/27/25, as of today 10/27/25 have NOT received it! Company placates you with shipping updates. I DO NOT trust them. Do NOT order.

I ordered 3 items. Shipping took forever. Over 4 weeks. When i did finally receive my package, it had only 1 item in it. Of course, it was not an item I ordered. The Jean material on this item is not Jean. It is a very cheap illusion of jean. Looks ridiculously cheap. When i go to the website to look up my order, it now conveniently says my account is locked. No surprise. Worst company ever. Do not order from them. The cloths are nothing like they show on the website. I am currently attempting to get my money back.

I’m still in a state of shock! Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered some dresses to take on a vacation and they never arrived before I left. When I got home, I promptly packed them up. The packages were unopened. You have to contact them to get their address so I did and they and they were sorry that my dresses were late and offered $12 instead of the $114.
PLEASE save yourself the trouble of buying from this company. If you don’t love what you get, good luck returning it.
I’m going to attempt to contact the Better Business Bureau, also.
This is the first bad review I have ever given because I’ve never wanted to adversely affect anybody’s business because mistakes can happen.

The dress is a stamped print on polyester. It photo appears to be a lovely layer dress. So disappointed Asked for refund. Paid $80 canadian not worth $10

The dress that came was made very poorly. It didn't look right and didn't fit right, but the company refused to stand by their money-back guarantee.
This company is not a legitimate one. I would suggest that no one buy a product from them

Beware of this scam company. Bought two dresses. Paid $75.00. They were too small, plus the material was very cheap and thin, so I contacted customer service to return. They said, “Sorry for your dissatisfaction, please accept $8.00 refund”. What a scam! They claim their “management” will only allow them to give me $8.00!!

Horrible! Ordered two dresses in two different sizes. Delivery took 4 plus weeks, had ordered to wear in family photos. Had to buy others. Fabric was terrible. Sizing ran small but not real bad. Emailed to find out about their easy returns…. They said too expensive to send back, keep the dresses and sell. I paid $173. Their final offer was $20!

If there were zero stars I would use it. Ordered a dress size small. It was huge, terrible fabric. I emailed asking to return. Reply said I needed photos of mailing labels, etc. I sent them all, again and again. No reply at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM. I usually check online but didn't this time.

DO NOT Buy from this company! Products are not as advertised and they do not all returns unless you pay for delivery to China! They claim products are made in the USA...FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Cheap polyester fabric, not cotton/linen as stated in the dress description.

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. IVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH FROM WHEN I ORDERED. THEY DON’T RESPOND AND WON’T GIVE A REFUND. THEY ARE CROOKS

This is a scam. They have beautiful advertisements and the dresses look upscale, and the price is certainly upscale from other competitors but if you read on further, you will know they are a dishonest and scam company . As other reviewers have said fabric is cheap, Print is fake,and fit is not average. I wear a large dress ordered an extra large dress and can barely get it over my head. They are very dishonest. You cannot return it and they will give you a penny on the dollar they are a true cheap scam.

I recieved 3 dresses, so cold cotton and Linnen, but 100% polyester instead, no adress to return too, I am still waiting to get a refund.
I can't have polyester due to an illness.. I would have never ordered them if I knew it was polyester, bad Chinese fabric and tissue, and bad model.

I ordered the wrong size. The clothes don’t fit me to small. Wanted to exchange for the right size but they don’t want me to return the items. I paid $199.00 for the clothes and they want to give me a $ 22.00 credit. They say it would be costly to return. I will never do business with them ever. Since when does a company not accept returns. BUYERS BEWARE.

Don’t waste your time coming from another country clothing is horrible and no return policy. You’re stuck with what you purchase and it’s not cheap.
