Watch out for the Lie

Watch out for the Lie. It pretends to be free and even tells you all over the landing page that you uploac, fill in, download.
What the don't tell you is that after all the effort of uploading and filling in, mine was a multi page document, it is NOT FREE. They hit you with a pay to download.
Don't use.

My experience - Bait and Switch?

My experience with DocFly has been incredibly disappointing and feels like a classic bait and switch.

I used the site for the first time, completed a document, and was immediately prompted to pay—despite being told I had three free credits. When I attempted to sign in using my email addresses, I was unable to log in, which confirmed that I hadn’t used any credits before. So how were they already gone?

I reached out to DocFly and received a response from a representative named Emily. She claimed they were "seeing this issue for some users" and asked for detailed tech specs (browser, device, VPN use, etc.). I promptly responded with the requested information—Windows, Chrome, no AdBlocker, private Wi-Fi—and never heard back. Not a single follow-up. It’s been over a week.

This kind of lack of transparency and accountability feels deliberate. If the credits don’t work, and support goes silent after you reply, it raises major red flags.

Beware before using DocFly. They got my time but didn’t get my money—and they won’t get my trust.
