Roy was an excellent tutor who helped me build confidence and strength in UCAT techniques which ultimately led me to achieve a 8th Decile+ score. He guided me very carefully and solidified the technique that I was using. Because of his large breadth of knowledge on universities, I secured an interview for Cardiff Dental School. He was great in helping realise my flaws in communication especially when it came to the speed so he was demonstrated how to talk at the correct pace. Now as a first year dental student I can look back and see the impact Aarymaan made on my application, and fully recommend him as a tutor.

I had a really positive experience with my UCAT mentoring. The friendly and supportive environment made me feel comfortable asking for help, even though I can usually get quite nervous about doing so.

What I found most valuable was how personalised the support was. As a UCAT retake student, I already had techniques that I was comfortable with, so rather than changing everything and confusing me, my mentor built on what I was already doing and identified the areas that were holding me back. The strategies were reinforced so much that I would genuinely hear them in my head while doing mocks!

The mentoring also gave me a huge boost in confidence and helped me manage my exam nerves. The advice I was given for staying level-headed on test day really worked, and I went into my exam feeling much calmer than I expected. Overall, I found the personalised support much more effective than generic UCAT videos or notes and would definitely recommend it.
