DocBright refuses to send refills or even answer messages after 30 days unless you pay for another consultation, even after years of being on the same medication. Frustrating and expensive.

Nowhere on the site does it say that a prescription only lasts 3 MONTHS. So you need to pay these guys every 3 months if you want to have an ongoing medication. That's a scam. Very shady.

DocBright continuously works to make themselves easily available and accessible to their clientele. More than that, they have the best dermatologist in Texas (the world, even!)—Dr. Werner-Billet. She has changed my life.

I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work.

I submitted a consultation and paid the fee. As promised, within 24 hours one of the dermatologists Dr. Chacon emailed me a treatment plan and sent the rx to my pharmacy. That's when the problem began. The pharmacy needed her approval for a 90-day supply of one medication. After a few days, the med still wasn't approved, so I replied to Dr. Chacon's email and let her know (the treatment plan says I can reply directly to the email). After a few days, still no response so I emailed careteam at docbright.com to request some help. Still no response.

I haven't been able to pick up the meds that are available because it would void the money back guarantee. I wanted to warn others about my poor experience with DocBright.

Dr. Mandel was fantastic! Listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner! I would have had to wait a month to get an appointment with my regular dermatologist and taken time off work. DocBright was a life saver for my episode of skin drama :)

After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.

I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Mandell helped me with medication that worked in a matter of 2 days. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist with amazing credentials

Dr. Mandel is a wonderful provider who truly cared about me as his patient. I was initially hesitant about pursuing telehealthcare options however he was patient with me and followed up consistently. I had a pleasant and professional experience using DocBright and navigating the site was easy with their care team.

Good service in the beginning, once you've paid. But on my second month, after numerous tries to get a refill never get any reply from this provider. They only have a single email for everything, no phone number, live chat etc. Missing my prescription drugs and have to go elsewhere and do it all over again
