Please stay away from this scam

Nowhere on the site does it say that a prescription only lasts 3 MONTHS. So you need to pay these guys every 3 months if you want to have an ongoing medication. That's a scam. Very shady.

No Response to Emails, Can't Pick Up Medication

I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work.

I submitted a consultation and paid the fee. As promised, within 24 hours one of the dermatologists Dr. Chacon emailed me a treatment plan and sent the rx to my pharmacy. That's when the problem began. The pharmacy needed her approval for a 90-day supply of one medication. After a few days, the med still wasn't approved, so I replied to Dr. Chacon's email and let her know (the treatment plan says I can reply directly to the email). After a few days, still no response so I emailed careteam at docbright.com to request some help. Still no response.

I haven't been able to pick up the meds that are available because it would void the money back guarantee. I wanted to warn others about my poor experience with DocBright.

Life saver!

Dr. Mandel was fantastic! Listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner! I would have had to wait a month to get an appointment with my regular dermatologist and taken time off work. DocBright was a life saver for my episode of skin drama :)

No replies after billing

After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.

Good service first, then ignore

Good service in the beginning, once you've paid. But on my second month, after numerous tries to get a refill never get any reply from this provider. They only have a single email for everything, no phone number, live chat etc. Missing my prescription drugs and have to go elsewhere and do it all over again
Very disappointed and don't recommend to deal with.
