Not going as expected, not responsive
I ordered a shirt size 43 on March 1st through dobell.nl which appeared to be a Dutch online clothing store. I’m in Belgium so I was expecting things would go smoothly and quickly. It wasn’t until I actually ordered that I noticed in the order registration that this is actually a company located in the UK (dobell.co.uk). I tried to contact dobell.nl but they are forwarding all communication to the UK “due to the COVID crisis” (which is a poor excuse at present time). If only they would respond to customer inquiries, ship products within reasonable timeframes and not try to pretend being Dutch.

Very disappointed with customer service, I placed my order 28 October and paid through PayPal, after 10 days still didn't any conformation or the item i bought. After a horrible conversation with the customer service Dobell said the didn't received the payment and PayPal says the payment have been send but Dobell didn't collecting it yet. Spoke to a guy called Pete he is a very passive and offers no help at all. I have already escalated the problem with PayPal to get my money back. But Dobell stay away from this company . it has no respect for their customer with horrible and stupid customer service.
