No Refunds only Exchanges
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for £20 on sale and they are comfy and worth it, but you can't send them back, you can only exchange them. I wanted to send a pair back because I wasn't 100% on them, but I guess Im stuck with them. They are still alright I would just rather have had a refund. Please dnmlab let us have a refund.

Bought a couple of pair of jeans from this website for the first time as I liked the look of them. One pair was faulty and the other spot on.
Emailed in and mentioned the fault to customer services, got an email back off a lovely girl called Sarah who apologised for the fault, confirm my address and Jean size and has sent another pair out free of charge within 24 hours of my emailing!!
Absolutely brilliant customer service and I will be definitely ordering again!

Would recommend these jeans 10/10. Ordered 3 pairs on a whim and because of the quality and fit I ordered 2 more pairs. Every single one fit perfectly and are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever had! At 6ft 4 - 36L are the ideal fit for me and the length fits properly! Take a bow will definitely be ordering more!
