They were offering $3000 for a simply work which didn't seemed real but then they will manipulate you so bad. My sincere request to all the viewers is that don't get scammed by them
First an official claiming to be from Dun & Bradsheet will contact you on fiverr and then he will ask you to message on telegram. After assigning you your work , they will refer you to some another person for payment procedures. they will ask you for some registration fees, and will ask for money again and again. They will provide you fake payment screenshots as well to convince you even more.

I was also recently contacted through Fiverr for a project valued at $2000, but with the comments I have read, I will no longer trust that guy and will continue to improve my services on Fiverr, which is more reliable.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I got contacted on Fiverr bout a typing project wortth $3000. I cokmpleted it but then they transferred the amount to a dodgy online banking system and not my paypal. Not to mention that banking system requires a dpsoit of $200 to withdraw balance. They asked me to transfer and no reposne

I’ve sent 4 emails to customer support and they have ignored every one. What more do I need to say?
Been chasing them for 6 months now for $1800 fee for a service we didnt agree to. Were promised a refund but they dragged us for months. Ignore our calls, emails. Just brutal.
Spoke to Heather specifically - promised us credit that we can use - then she disappeared again. Numerous emails and attempts to reach out. They're a waste of time. Will report them to the BBB.

I have no idea how this company continues to legally provide false information about businesses, but someone should do something about it. Trying to navigate their website to find a way to correct it feels impossible.
The WORST customer support and service from any company I have dealt with! They are QUICK to take your $229.00 but then slow to a sub snail's pace in getting you set up. I've been in business for 25 years and never needed a DUNS NUMBER but all of a sudden some banks are requiring it...so I bit the bullet and signed up..what a waste of time and money. The fact that they run their business like this and have the AUDACITY to "rate" every other business is a joke!
Dun & Bradstreet business reports are an integral part of my credit decision making. The customer service that I receive is Top Notch and whenever I have any issues they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Scam Alert
I have contacted them via facebook and they give me a typing project wich is 1740$ charge and now they process 3000€ payment and ask me for €80 processing fee. Dont fall in to that trap i dont pay it its huge amount for me and i ask deduct it from my payment they still refuse it . Dont fall in to that trap

I have been in business for 10 years and this company is reporting I have been in business for 5 years and therefore they are providing false information to unsuspecting people that inquire about me.
The ridiculous part about this whole situation is that the supervisor when I told her that I started the business in another state 10 years ago it took her less than a minute to reply oops yes I see that start date of 10 years. She stated it was my responsibility to feed them information that they are gathering and providing without my consent. So basically they gather data then charge people for that data yet they are absolved in her own words of making sure that data is accurate!!!! Criminal in my opinion.
If you are selling my data you are selling fraudulent information about my company to people because you are too lazy to make sure it is correct!!!!
They also have my husband listed in their business directory as the principal owner and I am no where to be found. He has nothing to do with my business as a principal. They have my incorrect address on their business search yet she read my correct information to me so they have the right information but fail to update it across their platform. Again my responsibility she claims as the business to verify the information they are selling is correct!! Absurd and criminal.
You are told there is no way to keep your name off of their ridiculous bogus list full of lies so buyer beware that is looking into any company using this platform.
My personal experience is that a majority of the data they will provide you is likely inaccurate!
This is my opinion and experience as a business owner.
It seems to take a lot of effort to get a receipt for payment to my subscription. I could not find a place to access it through my account online as the admin. I had to rely on someone getting back to me, which they still have not, per my request for a receipt. I received the confirmation that payment will be processed, but I needed a receipt showing the payment went through.
It's impossible to speak with a customer service rep.
They have people contacting you doing work for them and when they have to pay you for work done you realise you worked for nothing this was all a scam as now you have to pay first before they pay you for work you have done.

Their customer service is so awful that my brain hurts after only five minutes of trying to make a conversation. I wanted to inquire the options of becoming their client via an enterprise subscription for their market research reports, only for their customer service agents to transfer me from one another and disconnecting my chat on two occasions, all the while avoiding to answer my straight forward questions! Sounded like I tried to connect with some gang which has the website as a front for their activities - nobody knows anything. Horrible experience! I cannot understand that a company of their caliber can have such an awful customer service!
