Guy was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. The couple of points I was unsure of, he broke down and explained to me until I understood completely what I was doing so that I would be comfortable using the machine after the call had ended.

Excellent service

Our experience with DNA payments has always been fantastic since the initial introduction.
The team are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Ryan is our local area manager and is always reachable when we need him. He set up our account with ease and made the whole process smooth and tailored to us. Nothing is ever too much and he is always just a call away.
Dougie from the activation team has also been a great help! From the first call to check in and make sure everything is set up correctly for us to our latest call with him to set up some new equipment, he explains everything in great detail and is sure we understand everything in detail. He answers all questions and concerns excellently and his customer service and care is outstanding.
The machines are very user friendly as is the online portal. We always recommend DNA payments to anyone.
