Surreal experience
Unfortunately, later experiences with DMR were not positive as the first ones which I wrote about above. After arranging that DMR was to carry out very specific work, a smaller task (half a day at the most) which they had agreed to, they showed up and refused, stating it would take too long, that is half a day as we had discussed. This was rather confusing as everything had been discussed in detail over the phone, including the time it would take.
We followed up and spoke with DMR again, clarified once again, and made another appointment to have the same work carried out. DMR came, and once again refused to do the work. Instead, they insisted on a large scale renovation that would run up in several thousands instead of the work we had hired them for and which they had agreed to - twice!
Needless to say we are now looking for a different plumber.
