Wonderful experience! I am a first time buyer who wanted a full building survey completed pre purchase. All I can say is that this company has gone above and beyond in being prompt, helpful and friendly. Emma took my initial query and was so helpful and efficient, she really put me at ease. The surveyor Andrew was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful!
I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process has been flawless and so easy, and they are very quick to respond to emails and any questions.

John and his team provided me with a very professional, knowledgable & friendly service from start to finish. My specific requirements within the survey were taken on board and recorded in a thorough and easy to understand report with very helpful photos for essential reference in the future. First class service.
After receiving 2 personal recommendations we asked DMP to carry out a full survey on a listed property we were interested in buying.
Being an old property I wanted a full report of the roof, Andrew timed his visit to fit in with the weather so he could use the drone to check the chimneys, roof, guttering etc, this was first class we have many photographs highlighting where repairs are needed. This would not have been possible had the survey been carried out from street level.
I feel we have received a first class service from DMP every area of the property internal and external has been checked, reported on and backed up with photographs.
Within the report Andrew listed out all planning applications with reference numbers that have been submitted since receiving grade11 listing, together with historical photographs and information about the house. I would not hesitate to recommend DMP.

DMP carried out a building survey for a property we are purchasing. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to book in the survey and we were given a thorough report by phone the day the survey was completed. Andrew took the time to explain things to us so we were not overwhelmed by industry terms. We found his recommendations for how we could maintain aspects of the property and things we might need to address later on really helpful. Overall we were very happy with the service provided and would recommended DMP.

We instructed DMP to carry out a full building survey on the property we are buying. From the initial call we knew we were in good hands. The report was very thorough and use of the drone was a fantastic bonus. House survey
I needed a very quick survey done before exchange and DMP LLP were extremely responsive from initial contact through to completion of survey, all in a matter of a few weeks.
The survey was booked in within the week; I got a phone call after the survey to highlight the main points, followed up with an email summary. The full report was soon forthcoming and the level of detail and drawings was outstanding.
I must say that I have been very impressed and it was great value.

I was recommended DMP...
I was recommended DMP by a contact in the Westerham BNI to help me with an issue with rising damp which is present in the property I am purchasing.
Upon contacting DMP, I was met with friendly, approachable and knowledgable staff, who were able to direct my query to the relevant person. I spoke with Sam, who helped me understand the matter at hand. We had previously undertaken a Homescore survey to identify any repairs within the property, and Sam kindly helped me to navigate each area of improvement. He was very honest and up front that DMP would only be able to come out and visit to conduct another survey. He did however, go above and beyond with helping me. He asked for a number of details from me, and responded back shortly after expanding on the report, with what he would identify as potential causes of the issue, help in identifying the materials and more. I was provided with the numbers of his best recommended company to contact in order for the required repairs to be booked in.
I am extremely thankful to Sam and DMP for being so helpful to point me in the right path and provide me with an exceptional service, even though works were not being undertaken with them.
I would recommend DMP highly to everyone and will always insist friends and family use their expert knowledge and experience when taking on projects and surveys,

Structural Survey ... highly recommend!
We instructed DMP LLP to carry out a structural survey, as well as scope out our plans for potential for renovation. We would most definitely recommend, the report was more than we could have asked for (more insightful and of value than a home buyers report) and the advice given has been invaluable.

We chose DMP to carry out a building survey on our new house and have been really pleased with their work. The survey was conducted quickly and thoroughly.
