Went to order supplies and got an error…
Went to order supplies and got an error message stating that my payment couldn't be processed, try again. Over a period of several days, got the same error message. When I tried to call the company, spent 20 minutes on hold and was only able to leave a voicemail.
If there is a problem with the website, as there has been for months, it would help if there was a warning on the home page letting purchasers know that an order can't be placed online. Better yet, fix the problem.
