Never Ever
I contacted DME over a week ago in an attempt to find a better alternative to my current provider closer to home. I had my study and script sent to them and heard back rather quickly. I was then told they needed another authorization for a different mask and was asked if they could call back. They never did. I called them, they apologized, and we moved forward. I got a call to schedule my machine set-up, and they were a no-call/no show. When I did receive a call from them, it was for them to argue with me that the doctor had no right to determine if my machine was no longer any good, but that Lincare still owned my machine therefore the only ones who could make that determination. I contacted Lincare who denouncing what DME was saying as a lie. I then got a call from my doctor who told me that DME contacted them and told them that I cursed the rep out. In no way did I curse during the call, however I did once I thought the call was disconnected. I may have been caught on a hot mic, but at this point I refuse to apologize for what I said. I truly have no love loss that DME refuses to do business with me, I have no issues taking my business with me elsewhere.
