If I could give 10 stars I would. Deborah has been nothing short of amazing. After being let down by another company (I will not name), Deborah emailed me back straight away with stock information and also timeframes for delivery. Deborah was away for training but had even gone to the trouble to get her husband to ship the seat to us. It arrived within a matter of DAYS. (2!!!). Also, as this is our first fixed seat, we were worried about the installation (we had watched DMBs YouTube video). I emailed DMB Car Seats and Deborah provided me with a contact number to WhatsApp her photos/videos etc. I sent them and had a reply STRAIGHT AWAY. I honestly cannot thank DMB Car Seats enough. We purchased the Avionaut Sky Airflow in Pink and we are over the moon!

Always gives great safety advice and gets us the perfect car seat. Used 3 times now wouldn't use anyone else.

Deborah is extremely knowledgeable, she provided really good advice during the selection process for our three and a half year old grandson's new car seat. We were also able to do some trial fitting during the selection process which was very helpful. A week later the seat was available and we were able to pick an appointment at our convenience to have the seat fitted expertly at DMB's premises.
All in all an excellent experience, I would highly recommend DMB Car Seats.

This is the third seat that I've bought from DMB. We have one in each of our cars for my daughter, but this time we needed one for my parents car! Once again Deborah provided top notch knowledge about which seat would suit my daughter for my Mum's car. She processed quick delivery as we realised my daughter was over the weight limit for the current one! Deborah even helped us with a few installation checks over messenger while she was away on a wee family break trying to get peace. She always goes above and beyond and she is only a message away should we need further support with fit checks etc. I honestly cannot recommend Deborah enough that's why we continue to give her business that high level of customer service doesn't stop after you buy a seat. We plan to get a 4th seat soon from DMB this time it's for our son when he outgrows his infant carrier. DMB is trustworthy, friendly and very approachable if you need continued support or advice after purchase. Thank you again Mrs... Very happy customers once again! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Fantastic service from dmb car seats. I ordered online and received my car seat super fast. Communication was great from dmb, due to dmb not being in my area. I was sent mini videos of how to install carseat. Unfortunately there was a fault with my carseat but dmb went out of there way to assist me.

I would absolutely recommend this service and I look forward to using dmb in the future when we need a new carseat.

Slow start, youtube assist videos, then it all clicked. This is a heavy seat. Is that important, yes, life counts.

Can't recommend Deborah more - she was fantastic in helping us pick the most suitable car seat for our needs. My daughter is much more comfortable and has even made car journeys much more relaxing, thank you so much!

Brilliant service

Not only did they have in stock exactly what I wanted, the communication and personal support I received was brilliant. I had a lot of questions (as you do about car seats and safety) and I received helpful, timely answers to all of them. I will absolutely be recommending to everyone.

Deborah was excellent. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. We were struggling to find seats which were compatible with our van. Deborah came to our house and let us try a few seats in our van. We love the car seat she recommended (Axkid minikid 4). She also came back out to our house and installed the seat for us which really filled us with confidence that the seat is safely installed. Would definitely recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

A fantastic local business, you can’t beat this kind of personal one to one service! From our first enquiry right through to after delivery/fitting support Deborah was ever so helpful giving excellent advice on factors to consider when buying and then small tweaks to our install to make sure we had the best possible fit for our little girl.
