I recently hired Duane Levi Smith to create a website for my small business, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

First and foremost, communication was a nightmare. I often found myself waiting days for a response to my emails, and when I did hear back, the answers were vague and unhelpful. It felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates, which is not what I expected when I was paying for a professional service.

The design itself was underwhelming. I provided them with a clear vision of what I wanted, but the final product looked nothing like what we discussed. It felt generic and lacked the personal touch that I was hoping for. I had to request multiple revisions, and even then, the changes were minimal and didn’t address my concerns.

Don't waste your time!!!

I had a really frustrating experience with Duane Levi Smith (dlsdesign.co.uk) because he resells the same designs that I paid for... At first, some of his work looked good, but I quickly realized he lacks originality and ethics...
I ran into serious problems with the previous owner of a design I purchased, who contacted me about copyright issues, claiming my design was almost identical to theirs. This was not true, as I had paid for the design and thought it was unique.

This situation caused me a lot of stress and ultimately forced me to close my business.

If you want unique designs, I suggest you stay far away from Duane Levi Smith (dlsdesign.co.uk) and find a designer who understands the value of people's investments...

I was disappointed with this web designer. The design was inconsistent, communication was poor, and the design patterns were unclear. I had to wait days for responses and didn't feel like my project was in good hands. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend him. He is not adequate for handling web design projects.

Duane Levi Smith is absolutely incompetent. I ordered the services on logo design and website design in October 2023. He coped with logo pretty good and quite fast. The website turned out to be a disaster. Instead of developing a website for IT company on specific request he followed his own will and created a page for a night club instead. Furthermore, it was impossible to discuss the project as he responded once in 2 weeks. When I pressed him, he told me that he had some family issues, however he posted reels and stories everyday. Instead of working on my project he was promoting his poor social media. besides he deceived me: he told me that I need to pay for website domain transfer and I did. And then he told me that my domain is impossible to transfer. He also wanted to manipulate with expense issues trying to explain me that HE must buy domains as there are troubles with certificates connection. At least, he used my project website project on his social media without my permission, he launched the prototype of the website and when I notified him that I was not going to cooperate with him anymore, he just blocked me everywhere and refused to delete that prototype rubbish. You may like his pictures he posts - yes, they are stylish, but in reality you will spend money and time. I strongly recommend to avoid this person and any cooperation with him. He is not adequate.
