Great experience from start to finish. My original order unfortunately didn’t reach me, but the team handled it professionally and without hesitation arranged a replacement. Communication was clear, responsive, and customer-focused throughout. Really impressed with their service and integrity—would definitely recommend.

By far the best customer service I have experienced. I ordered the tennis bracelet, the wave bangle and the chain bracelet. I had an issue with one of the bracelets and on contacting the customer services, they promptly responded and replaced the bracelet. It was very easy. I love the bracelets I bought and wear them all the time and have received lots of compliments.

My issue was sorted in 15 minutes. Absolutely one of the best customer services I have ever had to use. My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, which is still not directly D.Louise’s fault. However, they take it up with their courier directly and issued a new order for delivery within 15 minutes. Very efficient, very kind and very fantastic! Thank you!

I recently purchased for the first time from D.Louise. The products I received were very nice and look well made and good quality. I bought 3 items on a deal and one of the items was wrong so I was a little disappointed. However, I contacted the company and they were brilliant, just had to answer a few questions and they will be sending out the correct product straight away. Couldn't be more happy with the result, wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Thank you D.Louise.

My son bought me a necklace for my birthday on 1st April 2026, and because it’s a bezel necklace, one 3 of the links would not move.
I immediately used their WhatsApp app customer service, and they resolved my issue immediately. First class customer service. Very grateful to you.

Ordered from this company to spain which they are claiming is not a problem. Item held in customs awaiting further tax to be paid.
Please do not trust this company when they say all taxes are paid, they are not. Plus no refund so have no item and they have stolen my money. Also which I wasn't aware of looking at their site. All items are made and shipped from China always through a European country giving the illusion that its not made in China.

I have bought several pieces from D Louise. The last item i bought was a bracelet that was too small for the recipient. D Louise customer service was excellent.They exchanged the bracelet to a larger sizer and the recipient loves it, as do I. Thanks D Louise!

Excellent customer service. Responsible professional and exceeded my expectations. My original order although it was promptly dispatched it never arrived. After contacting customer service a replacement item was promptly sent and it arrived quickly. The quality is excellent and I am looking forward to wearing it. I highly recommend D.Louise and I will continue to purchase.

I ordered a bracelet to be engraved. It arrived but the writing is so small it can bearly be seen. I gave it a poor review so they asked if there is anything they can do, I said yes please. I can return the item and you can send one with bigger writing. They replied no returns on bespoke item, to which I replied why did you ask if there is anything you could do. Again they replied nothing we can do for bespoke items, let us know if we can do anything to help! Very frustrating.

Service was amazing, shipping was fast and the products have really good quality.
Almost a year later, my ring has shown some defects and the costumer service has been effective in fixing my problem, always nice and professional.
