I ordered two bracelets (Tennis Bracelet and Eternity bangle) from this website that broke within the first few months. I have to say their customer services are great and I was sent two new replacement bracelets. However, these also broke after a year. Unfortunately, they can't replace them as they were a few weeks out of warranty.
Great customer services - but the products are of poor quality. Definitely not a lifetime guarantee.
A real shame as I loved the bracelets, but I wouldn't buy from them again.

I really wanted to love this brand, and to be fair, the jewelry itself is beautiful. But when something doesn't go as planned, that's when a brand either shines or falls short and sadly this was not a good experience.
I purchased the Compass Necklace, drawn in by a promotion that included a free Essentials Necklace which made it essentially a two-for-one deal.
When the Essentials Necklace didn't arrive, I reached out to customer service and what followed was a frustrating cycle of conflicting information across multiple representatives.
The first told me the promotion didn't exist at all. When I couldn't produce a screenshot (because why would I screenshot something openly advertised at checkout)? I was met with skepticism. Not a good look.
The second representative confirmed there actually WAS a promotion, but said I'd been disqualified from it because I used a discount code. This limitation wasn't;t clearly disclosed at checkout.
After days of back-and-forth with customer service, the proposed resolution was an offer to let me purchase the necklace for $60, which the listed price minus my discount code.
By the time that offer was made, the same necklace had dropped to $45 on their website. The "resolution" they were offering would have cost me more than simply buying it as a new customer with no history with the brand.
At no point did it feel like there was a genuine effort to make things right. It was only repeated explanations and attempts to justify the pricing structure.
The product is lovely. The customer service is not. If you order, pay close attention to how discount codes interact with active promotions, that detail isn't made clear at checkout, and it may cost you. :(

What an incredible company this is! A bracelet i had worn twice broke (a manufacturing defect I suspect). I contacted the company with a photo of the item and within 15 minutes an email and notification of a despatch of a replacement was received.
I’ve had other items and the quality is outstanding so I think I was just unlucky with this item.

I recently bought one of d Louise’s tennis bracelet it’s gorgeous but kept catching on everything. Spoke to customer service on what’s app and sent a video and within 4 hours a replacement was on its way. Amazing customer service. Received the new one and it’s absolutely perfect !

I purchased the Zodiac necklaces as a gift with the engraving. Unfortunately when they arrived the engraving was incorrect however I cannot fault the service. The problem was remedied quickly and new necklaces were sent as a priority delivery. The necklaces look lovely and I am very pleased.

I had an issue with tarnishing on a couple of my items and not only was this company able to resolve this issue on a Sunday morning, it was over watsapp and really easy! They resolved my issue and went above and beyond. Not only do I love this company for quality but the customer service is fantastic. Think boutique customer service. Better than any other non tarnish jewellery company I’ve used. 1000% recommendation!

The pieces of jewellery I ordered are delightful. However, their Customer Service is amazing together with infinite patience dealing with me.
I ordered a ring which is too large and asked to return it yesterday for a smaller size as I need it for next week. From receiving my request and from sending my proof of purchase - the replacement is in the post to be delivered on Monday. A turn round of 4 days.
I shall definitely be ordering more items for myself and gifts.

Placed an order for an engraved necklace, had to chase up after 11 days as no updates received- told technical issue with using “&” on the engraving, despite this being shown as possible on their website and the picture of the necklace actually has “&” on it???? No contact saying there was issues, unable to engrave what they advertised they can and no apology, not even the offer of selling at sale price they now have for the necklace considering I did not receive - UPDATE - responded to my review asking to contact on WhatsApp to resolve - I already did that and my review is based on what was relayed via that platform
