The connection is great, setting up is really easy. The only problem - hard to understand how to pay for the service. Billing information by email would be a lot better.

Quick access , good stability

Quick access, easy to setup, good enough website fairly consumer friendly to navigate and order. The internet is surprisingly stable.

Sometimes the internet goes out

Sometimes the internet goes out, its quite unstable some days, other than that the speed is good and reliable but unfortunately sometimes it goes out altogether.

Amazing kundeservice,great speed.

I had other internet supplier before..... Now I have Dktv for many years..... I'm satisfied 100%!! I never had problems with connection or kundeservice..... Always they are nice and helping..... Dktv are also cheap and super quilty!
I am going to stay with Dktv for many years to come...

Buyer beware - Mishandled my termination and threatened me with Inkasso

In September I looked at my contract with DKTV as I changed addresses, (so I terminated many contracts) and sent them my resignation notice via a message on the self service portal, so the last effective month of our contract would be up to and including October.

However. Charges kept appearing on my home bank and they've repeatedly refused to acknowledge my resignation and deny it was sent. They refused to check my login session and show me the login datestamp on my session from September.

Now the refuse to annul the agreement from October and insist I should pay them for November and threatened me with Inkasso if I do not pay up.

I've been subscribed to them for 4 years. And I'm shocked at these ruthless tactics of pay up or else...

The rep I spoke with showed me zero understanding and refuses to even check their logs and brushed away all my counter points since the system failed to send me a ticket number, so I'm at fault - not their systems or case handling management.

They refused give me the date stamp of when I logged in to the system in September when I sent the message. It's ticket number or nothing. A customers word means nothing to DKTV. So I'm to blame, not their systems or processes.

So buyer beware.

Let it be clear - I was shown arbitrary screenshots with information for another customer record other than myself, to showcase "this is what it should look like had you logged in". They did not show my name, my customer number, with a login datestamp from September.

I'll leave it aside that "they're sorry *I feel like* I cancelled my subscription".

When I challenged them on the matter, that their database had not provided me a sufficient audit trail of logging my sessions properly, they replied that the matter was concluded on their end and I had been told what to do - because they had no interest to spend more time on this matter.

So I concluded the matter by unenthusiastically settling the November invoice for DKTV. Because there's no ground for my continuing the conversation if they're not willing to engage with me in further dialogue. Pay up or it's Inkasso

A consumer should spend effort to voice out badly designed processes that yield poor customer journeys at companies, especially if it's when a company shields itself behind those badly designed processes to strongarm a consumer into submission.

Therefore I simply hope my review here will be helpful for other consumers and repel them from engaging in any business with DKTV.

DKTV tried in every way possible to find your termination, but it was not possible. You've sent us several tickets, two where you stopped replying.

There has be no rejection of checking any kind of logs. You've been shown logs from self service login. You've asked for data that does not exist in regards of our, seperate, ticket system. DKTV obviously can't provide something that does not exist.

We are sorry that you feel like you cancelled your subscription. We did everything to figure out if the claim was true and a mistake was made on our part. We simply just couldn't find your cancellation anywhere.
Therefore DKTV is abiding by Danish law and our terms and conditions where you have a month of cancellation period on your internet. As anywhere else, if you don't pay your bills, you'll get a reminder and a fee.

The most confusing experience

The most confusing experience

My network stopped working, and then I found out I had to pay three reminder fees. Before that, I didn't receive any messages from dktv!
Everything is too confusing: the payment process, the network speed, and the service. It feels like they are living in the last century.
DKTV should learn how to effectively use the network before providing networking services.

I tried to ask for further information to look in to your case to help you as best as possible. Unfortunately you didn't reply.
I'll answer in a broad manner.

When you sign up, DKTV send you an email to confirm it's the right email and afterwards a confirmation and a welcome message explaining how the bills can be paid. If you don't chose to either get the bill by email or through Betalingsservice, DKTV will send you a bill by mail.

The DKTV network is stable and reliable. If you have any issues you are more than welcome to contact our support so we can help you and make sure that you get the right speed.

They have even suggested that we would have to move a container or demolish a carport rather than digging in the garden or going the other side of the house like other properties.

I have thoroughly investigated the matter and received input from both our construction department and TDC.

I'm sorry that you have the impression that we don't want to help you. That's not the case at all.

The thing is, because you have a large container in front of your house, we can't dig down the fiber cable as we've done at your neighbors.

Therefore, we've looked into the possibility of threading it under the container to get the cable routed to your house. In doing so, we've identified infrastructure such as district heating pipes and sewer lines that we risk hitting during the work.
Obviously, neither we nor TDC can or will take on that risk.

That's why we've, via the e-mails exchanged, directed you to contact the service provider you've chosen. They are the ones who need to negotiate a new agreement with TDC for installation.

In your emails to us, you've suggested just running the fiber connection on the other side of your house. That certainly sounds like an option, but unfortunately, it's not something we can simply decide to do.
Your service provider needs to make an agreement with you directly through TDC regarding placement, routing, and financing. Only then will TDC be able to order DKTV/DKTV Anlæg to route the fiber and carry out the installation at your place, up to TDC standards.

I know the matter has been forwarded to your service provider, who will contact you regarding the placement of your installation.

Hello

Hello. I'll tell you honestly. When I contacted you, I was sure that I would have good Internet. but when I connected, I was convinced that this was not so. my phone is much better than my wi-fi. Maybe you can change something in terms of speed. it doesn't load even a single video, it's constantly loading. I will be forced to refuse if nothing changes!!!

I can see that you've brought your own router and connected to our connection - including even just connecting to the WiFi. You've spoken several times with our support and then problem seems to be between your router and your devices.
DKTV delivers the internet to the socket. We are more than happy to help with optimizing your WiFi - even with routers bought from other vendors. But unfortunatly if the router simply is not strong enough it's not within DKTV's power to change that.
You are more than welcome to buy a router from DKTV, contact the vendor you've bought yours from or buy another from another vendor.
In any case are DKTV more than happy to assist you with whatever we can do to make your experience and product as good as possible.
