Affordable and fast, but the part I ordered did not fit my refrigerator. There were not many specs to verify ahead of time. They processed my refund but not to credit card, just store credit

DK was one of the few vendors that had piece of hardware I needed. Prices were reasonable. Shipping was a bit slow though (~2.5 weeks) which would have been good to know prior to placing the order.

Substituted a cheap knock off for the product I ordered

I received a cheap knock off of the product that was represented on your website. When I questioned what I received, customer service lied and told me that what I ordered was discontinued and this was the substitute. (It's not discontinued, many other companies are selling the product.) Then CS dragged their feet on getting me a return label, asked me to provide the tracking # (it was on the label they sent me.) I just, almost a month from order date, received my refund. This was my one and only experience with DK Hardware. I will not take a chance with them again.

Plastic washers arrived yellowed and cracked

I ordered this shower handle to replace an old one where the clear plastic washers had cracked and fallen out, causing the handle to wiggle.

This one arrived with yellowed and cracked plastic washers that will probably also not stand the test of time. Pretty disappointing that the only piece I really needed to replace is one that arrived in awful condition.

wrong parts delivered

had a very frustrating experience with DKHardware.

They shipped incorrect parts, and when the issue was identified, they refused to reimburse or take responsibility. Even worse, when a package was not delivered, DKHardware declined responsibility instead of assisting with a resolution.

Customer support was slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful throughout the process. There was no sense of accountability or willingness to correct their mistakes.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DKHardware, especially if accuracy, delivery reliability, and responsive customer service matter to you.
