Fast delivery. Just want I needed.

I emailed you about the return for your processed and first of all, it was done wrong. Second of all there was a restocking fee, which was not mentioned in your return policy.

Website is easy to navigate, ordering was easy, and product was delivered on time. I'll use them again.

The actual light that I ordered was no longer in stock and a replacement was made which I am happy with.

giving me a chance to purchase something I was looking for, which Amazon wouldn't sell me because I had a po box..

Easy peasy company to deal with. My only issue is the product label changed, which was confusing, so it was a simple fix on their website.

Definitely took a little while to get, but the product is awesome!

Bad customer service. There was a payment issue. I received a call and gave them the information. They informed me the order was on the way. 3 weeks later I finally call to find out they never updated the payment. If you need a part quickly go elsewhere.

I ordered a LIFT-VB Ultralift Boomerang Spa Cover Lifter from DK Hardware on 12/11/25 for $492.18. I was told the order may take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. I checked with the company at 8 weeks, then again at 10 weeks, and then again at 12 weeks. Each time I was told the item was a special order being manufactured and I needed to be patient and wait a few more weeks. I emailed the sales associate Debbie Renyolds twice but never heard back from her. Her direct line always went to voice mail or was diverted to a call center that was not ever able to access any information about the status of the order. Customer service was not helpful. Finally yesterday 3/6/26 I received an email from the company stating:

Hey, Angie!
Your Order ID DKH-2830623 included items that have been discontinued or just aren't available.
We really hope this doesn't ruin your day!
Order Status: Canceled

They stated they are refunding the $492.18.

I am not disputing a charge or requesting anything from the company. Just making people aware of the less than honest business practice and incredibly poor communication about an order that was never even started, although I was strung along for 3 months.

is good the service, But they take a long time to refund the insurance money paid for core.

Received the correct order in time and expected qualilty
