Affordable and fast, but the part I ordered did not fit my refrigerator. There were not many specs to verify ahead of time. They processed my refund but not to credit card, just store credit

DK was one of the few vendors that had piece of hardware I needed. Prices were reasonable. Shipping was a bit slow though (~2.5 weeks) which would have been good to know prior to placing the order.

Great customer service

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. There was a payment issue. I received a call and gave them the information. They informed me the order was on the way. 3 weeks later I finally call to find out they never updated the payment. If you need a part quickly go elsewhere.

I ordered a LIFT-VB Ultralift Boomerang…

I ordered a LIFT-VB Ultralift Boomerang Spa Cover Lifter from DK Hardware on 12/11/25 for $492.18. I was told the order may take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. I checked with the company at 8 weeks, then again at 10 weeks, and then again at 12 weeks. Each time I was told the item was a special order being manufactured and I needed to be patient and wait a few more weeks. I emailed the sales associate Debbie Renyolds twice but never heard back from her. Her direct line always went to voice mail or was diverted to a call center that was not ever able to access any information about the status of the order. Customer service was not helpful. Finally yesterday 3/6/26 I received an email from the company stating:

Hey, Angie!
Your Order ID DKH-2830623 included items that have been discontinued or just aren't available.
We really hope this doesn't ruin your day!
Order Status: Canceled

They stated they are refunding the $492.18.

I am not disputing a charge or requesting anything from the company. Just making people aware of the less than honest business practice and incredibly poor communication about an order that was never even started, although I was strung along for 3 months.
