Dj studio is an excellent software, but when i try to install Stems extension for the transitions, the app gives me an error, and I can't install it. I'm trying to do it many times and is not possible. Please, I need help..

Its so so.. the basic software is ok, functional, but - I bought the version with stems, and they doesnt work, there is always sone error displaying..

Amazing tool! I used mixmeister a lot, but this progam is even better than that! I use it now mainly for my monthly radioshow.

great product - but too pricey to get 24bit exports, that was a deal breaker for me.

I was under the impression that an active spotify account would allow for importing songs from that library to make mashups.

An absolutely fantastic program giving music lovers an easy and accessible means of building personalised mixes and mashups. I would go as far as saying that DJ.Studio has improved my life.

Bugs and gremlins do creep in from time to time with successive updates but the response from DJ.Studio support has always been thorough and accountable.

Expensive and I expected (as shown in all their ads) to be able to just drag in eg. 10 tracks, harmonize and have a full set ready.

When done, and press play, each single transition sounds horrible, not even near the level of a beginner dj.

I'm very disappointed, and I guess it is safe to assume that a drag and drop - instant remix (of at least 80% quality) is still impossible with any software, including DJ.Studio.

The app also isn't a dedicated app, just a wrapper browser, so what is the point?

I was looking for a software to replace my long beloved MixMeister and DJ. Studio was the one. The transition was seamless and easy. But more important, DJ Studio reads the files i created with MixMeister!

Musically speaking, dj.studio hits you where the good lord splits you lol...

I just started using dj studio and I must say the interface is very user friendly. Very easy to use, finally a great software for remixes

Easy to learn for a newbie and turned out a fantastic playlist for my wedding!

So far pretty cool tool for dj cuts and re makes.

If only you could add more layers for adding mashups

I paid for an "ULTIMATE" but then was rejected to establish an account with my business mail address in use for nearly 20 years, "because" the address has no connection to G**gle, Ap*le, Macros*ft, F*cebook etc. - A "very singular" experience.

After selling my decks , years ago , I had copied all of my vinyl onto my computer, plus all of my downloads I had obtained over many years , as I never had lost my taste in electronic music ( just over 7000 tracks) I found this piece of software on FB ,, and although I've only had DJ.Studio a week ,, I'm very impressed with this , in fact , it's given me a new lease of life , you could say a " hell of a learning curve ( I'm 68 ) " although I'd cut my teeth on decks, it is amazing what this software does , gonna take me a little bit longer than the decks ,but I have the YouTube tutorials to help,, so here goes 😀

was skeptical at first with the hight price, but decided to give it a go and wow what a great peice of software, i used to use mixmister meny years ago and was sad that they never kept it going, but DJ Studio is gerat and is totally worth the price.

Very good export quality and a fast/easy automix workflow overall. The automix still makes some mistakes here and there, but with a few small manual corrections the results can become very solid.

What I especially liked is the speed of the workflow once you understand the basics. It can save a lot of time for DJs and editors working with large playlists or quick edits.

That said, the UI feels unnecessarily difficult at times. I’m a long-time power user of MixMeister and I still struggled quite a bit to fully understand how certain things work. The learning curve could definitely be smoother.

One feature I could not figure out is how to cut out a section from the middle of a track and automatically bring the remaining parts together seamlessly. If this exists, it’s not very intuitive.

The volume automation/fade in-out controls are also quite cumbersome and could use improvement for faster editing precision.

Overall though, the software has strong potential and does some things very well. There’s a good chance I’ll purchase the full version after my monthly subscription ends, especially if there’s a small discount offer available.
