After a slight issue with the courier
After a slight issue with the courier, the panelling was finally delivered. Good product, very easy to use, prime and paint. Effect was just what I expected

Product was of a good quality
Product was of a good quality. There were 2 things that let down overall experience.
1) only informed the day before that delivery was the next day. We were not going to be at home that day.
2) filled in online form to say could package be left in carport. Had to leave door open. On arrival home, found package by front door. Luckily, we live in a quiet cul-de-sac and package was ok. If you are asked to leave a message for alternative drop off place. Surely this should be noted and adhered to. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 packages which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and unfortunately the corners of 1 pack where damaged but Natalia (customer service) arranged immediately for new panels to replace the damaged ones and they arrived in only 3 working days.. so can't fault customer service x
