Smooth as silk. I had a great experience with Easy Auto Ship. Scheduling was easy, and they kept me up to date throughout the process. The vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I'm glad my friend recommended them. We both received excellent service.

1 star is to high. Driver arrived at 11pm, 7 hours late picking my car up. He actually drove past my town to pick up another car. At one point he insisted that he had ready picked up my car.

When I asked for a credit I was told that they had fulfilled their contract by picking up the car the day they said they would.

They were supposed to pick another one of my cars, which I have now cancelled.

Their motto should be we are proud to provide lousy service.

Wow this process was so easy. We were given easy instructions for pick up and drop off. Our driver was prompt, efficient at the paperwork and loading the car. It arrived quickly and in the same condition when loaded. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Shipping our car from North Carolina to San Francisco went off without much of a hitch. My one negative comment is that the original rep that I dealt with from Easy Auto left the company and I was not notified. I sent her several emails that went unanswered which obviously gave me an uncomfortable feeling. When I finally called to check on my order, the lady who I talked to was less than personable. The trucking company, Coastal Delivery, and the driver, Steve were excellent and punctual.

Thanks EasyAutoShip for the outstanding movement of my car from Virginia to Illinois. They are customer-oriented, and provided great service at a fair price. I especially wish to thank Abby, my customer representative, for her outstanding support before, during, and after follow up. I highly recommend EasyAutoShip!

I highly recommend this this company. It was very easy and pleasant from the very beginning to the end when I picked up the car. I had never had a car transported before and they were very informative and helpful. They were spot on with delivery. This how all businesses should run! Great job! I’m very pleased.

I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship! I was up against a strict timeline and needed pickup on a specific date. I worked with Richard D. who found a reputable and reliable hauler. Richard and the hauler were very communicative throughout the process. The hauler was friendly and gave me text updates. I cannot thank Richard enough for the service provided to me during a difficult time.

Not happy with my experience here. Customer service was sub par, borderline not good. I was told they regularly have drivers that pass through St. George twice a week and it wouldn't be a problem to secure one. After a week of silence I had to pull out my inner "Karen" on them and threaten to go with another company if they didn't secure a driver. Magically after that they secured one the very next day. Then they guaranteed me the driver would make it to the port on time to have my car shipped to Alaska, the guy had 6 days to drive from Utah to Seattle. That is a 16 hour drive. He didn't make it. I don't care how many other stops he had, how many breaks are required by law, how much traffic there is, he should have made it on time. Now I have to wait another two weeks before it gets here due to the barge shipping schedule. I Will never use them again and will spread the word to everyone I know not to either.

I cannot wait to see the passive aggressive response from the "owner" on this review. Another reason why NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY. You have someone in charge that will try and blame it on the consumer at all costs. It's no wonder they did a crap job from start to finish. RUN AWAY.

Yes!! That passive aggressive, 100% not taking responsibility for anything, condescending response veiled in humor is exactly what I was hoping for. I assume these forms you’re speaking about are the terms and conditions that was sent to me 3 days after the deal was done? Those forms? The ones that should be sent before the deal was done? Another training issue with your company that I have no doubt you will shift blame for once again. I can provide time stamps on that if you’d like. If “extra attention” is defined as an expectation of not having a company spew falsities about their service then guilty as charged. I’m comfortable with that and will likewise consider that a huge compliment. You can keep the car wash and put that money towards building a better culture for your company, starting with you, because as any even semi-intelligent human being would know, if the owner of the company refuses all responsibility, that attitude guarantees to flow down the chain to the rest. Your ridiculous responses paint a picture of a perfect company and stupid customers. That’s just absurd and shows a complete lack of self awareness. But don’t fret. Help is available. I would start by reading “The Out-ward Mindset. How to change lives and transform organizations.” By the Arbinger Institute. Without a doubt this will open your eyes to how obnoxious and juvenile your responses are. I have complete faith you will turn yourself around.

I booked with another auto transport and they did not call on the date they promised. I called other car transport and they quoted me very high price. I’m glad I found Easy Auto Ship, my call was answered quickly and I spoke with Abby, she is very kind and knowledgeable. She explained me the process. The price she gave me is the lowest among my quotes. So I booked and my car was scheduled the following day. I got the call about the schedule and the driver came. Driver, his name is George was kind and helpful. Moving my car went very well, ahead of schedule. And my car was delivered very clean. The driver went over and above my expectations. Abby from Easy Auto Ship called and checked on me. Service is fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

We needed to get a car delivered from California to Arizona in a timely economic manner. Easy Auto/DIY Transport came through, even ahead of schedule.

Needed to get a car from San Jose to NY. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. No unexpected surprises or additional fees. Heather was a pleasure to work with. I was always informed through each step along the way. Drivers couldn't have been nicer. The car even arrived a day earlier than expected! Without question I would use Easy Auto Ship again.
