From first contact to delivery, I got my car from Seattle to Chicago in one week. Pricing was fair. Service was excellent. I had initially tried another "cheaper by $50" company and I had to cancel after one week waiting for someone to contact me. The whole experience with Easy Auto Ship was great!

Outstanding service and a great experience…
Use Easy Auto Ship to get my vehicle to/from California from New Jersey. I shipped it out 6 months ago and just completed the return trip this week. They have been a pleasure to work with. Colin Saad was terrific! He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them if you need to ship your vehicle from point A to point B!

The driver had a mechanical failure on…
The driver had a mechanical failure on his trailer that was towing my vehicle. I am not upset with the mechanical failure, these things happen. What was upsetting is the virtual silence from the driver relative to communication of time frame for the repairs. The driver had a very difficult time with English, this may have been a contributing factor. However, this doesn’t relieve the dispatch company from keeping my up to date on status. I had to reach out multiple times to get status updates. In the end, my vehicle was delivered after repairs to the trailers. Communication would have improved this situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for shipping services.

Easy Auto Worked With Me to Accommodate my Pickup Reqest.
Easy Auto accommodated our pick update Jun 29 from LA which I truly appreciated. Was told could take up to 7 days. Delivery was Jul 6. That was not an issue for us. Could not deliver to our address so had to meet about 1 mile away at 11:30pm. Was not my plan, but was told the driver waited on another client to arrive at a previous drop off. All in all it worked out for me. The driver was courteous and seemingly tried to find another drop off point closer. I tipped him because he seem to try. Overall, I would recommend the service.

1st Time Using Service--I Recommend
I had an excellent experience with Easy Auto Ship! (FYI, I'm not a fake review or bot). Here's my experience from beginning to end. The website was easy to use. It was easy to get a quote on it, and fast. The service was affordable. Booking the vehicle pick up and the vehicle pickup itself were super-fast. Great communication from the advisor. Whenever I emailed the advisor, I got a quick, friendly response. Quick delivery time. The driver was polite. He didn't speak English, but it didn't matter. He spoke enough. He did ask for a tip twice, though, which was annoying since I already had spent a lot on the service. But it was fine. I realize that nowadays everyone wants a tip for everything. This was my first experience with this kind of service. I definitely will be only using Easy Auto Ship again. I recommend them.

It was a positive experience…
It was a positive experience transporting our SUV across country with Easy Auto Ship. The communications with the assigned Easy Auto Ship customer service rep throughout the process was excellent. The vehicle was picked up within 24 hours of the original estimate. It was rapidly delivered 2,200 miles away with no problems. Our driver was superb and kept us constantly informed throughout the journey. We would definitely use Easy Auto Ship again for future transfers.
