Gnats and dead plants GOOD COMEBACK
Great experience great packaging really impressed however I created my terrarium and 2 days later 2/3 of the plants have died and it is infested with gnats when it’s a closed terrarium
Update- a member reached out and we have sorted the issue thank you very much and really impressed with the team!

Hi Lewis, glad we got it all sorted :) Because you didn't reach out other than to leave a review we didn't know there were any issues, If anyone has a problem with their order we want to help fix things and get it sorted right away, now we've spoken your replacement plants have arrived and there's no more gnats 😊
For anyone reading this review to hear the solution, sometimes the plants can take a bit to hard of a knock in the post and not bounce back, but as you can see by our other reviews we pack with care and this issue is super rare. Our mosses like sheet and bun moss are not treated with nasty pesticides so they can sometimes have a hitchhiker like a gnat, opening the terrarium and shuffling them out a couples times over a week will get them all out before laying more eggs.
Starting a Terrarium
Hi,just want to give a big shout out to Diyterraruims ( Poppy and partner).Ordered the 5 bungle terrarium plants on 13th August which was a Thursday, knew they wouldn't be sent out over weekend .Sent out on Monday 17th , delivered to me in Isle of Man by 20th.
Packaged in sturdy box , plants in protective airbags(recyclable).Clingfilm around pot to keep substance in and keep plants moist. Personal hand written message to tell me what plants I had
Highly Recommend. Good luck guys.

I am very impressed with this business. I ordered a terrarium kit with plants to be delivered to Northern Ireland. I was a little hesitant about ordering plants for delivery but I need not have worried. I loved the step by step instructions included. Everything arrived well wrapped and protected and delivery was very quick. The recipient of my gift is absolutely delighted, I will definitely order again! Many thanks.

The plants are in excellent condition and a good size. They are now growing. Wry well in my terrarium. The compost is clearly good quality from the way the plants have settled in and how happy they are and the light grey gravel is a lovely colour and very clean. I would order again from this company.
