I am incredibly impressed with the customer service. I had been searching for building materials on many websites. I tried to get in touch, but everyone ignored me, promised to check and call back, and never did. At DIY Refurb, it was completely different — everyone made sure to give me the information I needed, they called back as promised, and they went to great lengths to ensure the product arrived the very next day, even though I ordered it at the last minute. I haven’t experienced such friendly service in a long time! After many unpleasant incidents elsewhere, I decided to repay them with a kind comment, because they truly deserve it! I highly recommend them!

I have never heard of DIY Refurb but having found what I needed (Kingfisher 5l Asbestos Primer Sealer) via a Google search, I decided to take a chance on them as ABBA's "Take a chance on me" played in my mind. I am glad I did. First, the price of the item was a whopping 40% cheaper than elsewhere including the manufacturer's website and the product was delivered next day (I wasn't expecting it so quickly as the purchase was made close to midnight). Top marks, DIY Refurb! I shall certainly bookmark your website for purchasing items for future DIY projects.

I was looking for somewhere to buy Limelite plaster and this company was one of the best in terms of price. I've ordered from them twice now. Both times, it's been delivered next day and they were very helpful when I phoned them to check ETA. Will definitely order from them again.
