I recently started my project using a DIY, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome so far.

You lost a star for making me do this. Other than that I'm happy. DIY as a service has been very helpful. But, This questionnaire process, not happy.

The team is great! Very great communication and expectations straightforward.

How is your filter set to show only 4-5 reviews. On other sites I can see the 1-2 reviews and they have fewer than your by a wide margin. On many that offer filters and you choose “ verified “ the number of reviews all come up as Zero. Am I reading these wrong?

I live in Southeast Florida and have wanted a pool for some time - I am also a realtor and have heard many nightmare stories regarding the pool building experience with local pool companies. I was intimidated to try the DIY solution since I, like many others, know nothing about this process. The team is very helpful. It took much longer than it needed to because I was indecisive. There was one thing that was challenging to explain so Mike offered me a coaching session to clarify. Then when it still didn’t meet what I was looking for he called to get it the way I wanted it. He was patient and took the time to ensure I was happy.
