I ordered jerseys, that were promised to be shipped to me by a certain timeline, or else I WOULDNT have bought them in the first place….

But I order the jerseys, and 4 days before the tournament starts it still says on the order “waiting for details” which means they haven’t even shipped it yet.

And oh.. by the way, when I emailed them about this…. They said they will be gone for A WEEK AND A HALF for spring break!!

So I asked to get a refund of my jerseys… and they didn’t respond for days.

When they did respond they said I can get refunded for the restock fee of… $20!!
Which makes no sense because, my jerseys COSTED 19.99$, so they would literally be making PROFIT off a REFUND.

Diyoj, please give me a full refund.

As part of a planned bulk order for my team, I bought 2 hockey jerseys and both jerseys came in top quality ! I also made great experiences with the sales and supporting team as they constantly help me to map my wishes and customize and visualize it.

This is an update from my August 18, 2025 review. After my review I received an email stating that they were going to give me a refund and that I was able to keep the merchandise as well. I did appreciate that, however DIYOJ needs to update their shipping information to a 20 day turnaround for their shipping process.

Extremely helpful, quick replies and open to requests. I had the best experience ordering our jackets and will be ordering more in the future.

The customer service and the assistance from the staff to prepare my order correctly. Now waiting to receive and see the finish product of my family cruise shirts

I got 2 football jerseys. I got a Texas Longhorn (color) Jersey for myself. The Burnt Orange was spot on. My wife got a Balimore Ravens inspired Jersey. All personalization details were 100% correct for both jerseys. I wouldn't hesitate to order a jersey from Diyoj.com again.

have bought 2 baseball jerseys,3 football jerseys, sweatpants , a winter beanie and a baseball jacket so far and I’m ready to buy more for the up coming car show season. The quality is amazing and definitely plan on making many more purchases in the very near future. Many of my friends are already starting to come up with ideas for their custom jerseys as well.
