Delivery charge crooks
Ordered a large kitchen, delivery charge was £410 + vat. I paid it and delivery was expected early February 2025, however on the day of delivery I get an email (not a phonecall)! To advise I needed to pay a further £410 + vat because they needed 2 vans to deliver!!!! They have now lost the sale of a large utility and a boot room, how short sighted are they. AVOID THESE CROOKS.

As we discussed previously, our standard delivery service uses one van, which accommodates most orders. For larger orders like yours, requiring two vans, an additional charge is unfortunately necessary to cover the extra cost. While we did try our best to consolidate your order onto a single van, the size and nature of the items required a second vehicle.
We recall our conversation where we offered a solution so you didn’t have to pay the full amount for a second delivery, which you accepted at the time. We also offered a discount for a future order, as you mentioned.
We value your business and are always looking for ways to improve our service. We are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure all our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Excellent service from start to finish for our Milbourne kitchen…
I recently ordered a Milbourne kitchen from DIY Kitchens 4 U, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations, with durable construction in a beautiful shaker style. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt and well-coordinated.
Chris made the customer service experience absolutely seamless. He was extremely helpful, addressing all my questions and providing updates throughout the process. We are very happy with the finished result, it has transformed our kitchen.
I highly recommend DIY kitchens 4 U to anyone. We didn’t use the design service, however in hindsight I wish we had as its very good value for money.

Fantastic service and quality product
Fantastic service from first contact to delivery of the kitchen. Customer care is second to none and nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and very professional. Chris is first class and always quick to respond. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and on a par - or better - than you would find at a fancy local supplier but at a much better price. We were nervous buying the kitchen off the internet but the care and support given made it easy and now that our kitchen has been installed we are delighted with it. We would have no hesitation in using Diykitchens 4u again in the future.
