Really disappointed
Really disappointed. My paint is missing. No one will respond to my phone or email messages. I understand that things are particularly difficult at the moment but the paint was dispatched by fedex last month and I have no way of finding out where it is, will it be replaced or how to cancel the order. I love the principle of the website but no one seems to be responsible for looking after the customer.

good site, easy to place an order.
I ordered over a holiday period so understand the shop and ware house deliveries were disrupted. I received one phone call after the order was placed to inform me of when the ware house was reopening, but had no other communication from then. I received my order two weeks later.
Very happy with product, just maybe a little more communication and delivery updates.
