By far the best flannels on the market, but I was surprised to find their other product lines are even BETTER. Seriously, every time I try something new (soap, or socks, or shirts) I immediately find myself replacing the products I’ve been using for years with these. It’s getting badddd… but it’s all affordable and good quality that lasts!

Dixxon Flannel Co has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of their flannels is unmatched. You can tell these are made to last!! The attention to detail in the stitching and patterns is top-notch, and every shirt feels like it was designed with care. Customer service has also been exceptional—fast shipping and great communication throughout the process.

They're sizeing is way out. I ordered a medium shirt, being a UK m/l size, but would say that the shirt was extra large. Fabric was also rougher than I expected.
When I returned the shirt they charged 10% of the value as an "admin fee", which means including delivery I'll be £7 out of pocket.
Their designs are nice, but let down by quality of fabric, fit, and a rubbish return policy.

I purchased women's clothing and did not have a good experience. I am normally a size medium in shorts, but I ordered us size small and there were way too big. I'm also normally a size medium in shirts and it was way too tight. I chose to return and they only refunded my money for the items I purchased. I notified them that it cost $30 to ship the product to me and they also charged me $10 to print out shipping label. I asked for a refund of this money and they didn't even offer a store credit or anything to try to help. Just basically told me no. Doesn't seem like they care much about their customers I won't be purchasing Dixon again

Absolutely love Dixxon flannels. My issue is they never have my size in the design I want. I’m a large and would think many available.

Make sure to read their FAQ section before you order so you are fully aware that they will do nothing for you if there is a problem. Even if the order has not yet shipped, you're screwed.

Ordered a shirt on sale and the quality and fit is excellent. Will definitely buy again. Love the style and quality especially the inbuilt glasses cleaning cloth.

Well it’s been 2 months and 5 days since I ordered, I am sure they will arrive any day. Was suspicious with the pricing but thought the name brand was fairly solid so worth a shot. I hope to see another 5 star review from the team to even up the numbers to ensure they get a couple more suckers.

I love Dixxon. I don't love their quality. 1 pair of trousers, a belt loop came off on first wear
1 pair of trousers, the button came off on first wear.
Shirt was missing a pocket button.
There are often excess threads that need cutting. I have 4 trousers and 18 shirts.

Absolute trash customer service. Could care less about keeping your business. Just as others have mentioned

I placed an order on 1/1/2025 and have not received my order. I have tried on several occasions to reach them to get a order tracking number via phone and every time it has gone into a voice mail. I have also sent emails that I get an automatic replay that I will hear back from them within 2-3 business days. Still waiting after 4 days.

I needed to return a new flannel. I called 4 consecutive days each time after being on hold for 2 or 3 minutes they inform you there is no one available to answer your call. I Emailed them as well , no response. BS merchants

Nice product but customer service is non existent!

I stumbled across the Dixxon company a few months ago through Snap On Tools. Basically buy certain tools and get a free Travis Pastrana shirt. The quality, feel and fit of this shirt was awesome. Normally I wear Barbour shirts because I like the quality and styles but Dixxon Flannel Company have changed this for me now. Latest purchase is the Fender Stratocaster shirt, great design and colour schemes and I love the Fender Strat. Ordered directly from Dixxon USA and arrived in the UK in just a few days. Again, awesome quality, great fit and even better than it is in the pictures. Dixxon Fender sticker tag is a nice touch too. Many limited edition designs to choose from and can't wait to find my next one. Thank you Dixxon.

I have always found the quality to be outstanding and delivery is normally in 5-7 days depending on time of year.

I would recommend Dixxon to friends and will be buying more from them.

i was supposed to get my order with in 5 to 7 days First held up in custom then sitting in LA airport from 11/22/2024. Then in transit next 12/02/2024 still in transit 12/12/2024 arriving in New Albany Indiana as of 12/16/2024 arriving in New Albany Indiana
Company response is the following
1) tied up in custom in LA airport 11/20/2024
2)still in LA airport 3) released on12/02/2024 in transit company refunds 50% 5.98
4)as of 12/14/2024 still in transit company offers a 60% refund no i want the order
5) as of 12/17/2024 arrived in New Albany Indiana company answer to why i have not received the order you might have given the wrong address my answer is no i give you the right one
6)12/18/2024 company is refunding my money i said i want the order no refund
I order this stuff for my 65th birthday which was 11/27. /////if this is how you're going to do Bunises with people you should just close your doors.

My first order was the wrong size. The exchange process was painless and quick. I like the way they fit and consider the flannels to be spring and fall weight. Good colorway selections. My only complaint is styles that were available before I started buying them are no longer available. Good quality and value to price ratio.
